Only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is because its too easy to change modes or even turn it off accidentally. I love the different modes, i love how clean my teeth feel, and i love that its supposed.to hold a charge for such a long time. I havent put that to the test yet but i will. I did charge it when i got it just so i could have a point of reference. Im super happy so far, love the orange color, and the fact that the seller respected me enough to ship it on time and not hold it back for nearly a month like the Phill*ps seller. Its not like i bought it for fun so waiting all that unnecessary time wasn't cool. It all worked out anyway because from what i hear this is a superior product, so yay!

7AM2M Sonic Electric Toothbrush for Adults and Kids This last one I bought for my adult daughter, who needs to have her teeth deep cleaned by the dentist ( I saw the picture & was amazed how much plaque there was). Since she started using this toothbrush we have already noticed a decrease in the amount of plaque. Pro: -2 Minute Timer (slight pause every 30 seconds) -Variable modes -Brushes are quality/lasting -Battery indicator blinks when battery needs recharging, so you can recharge before it is totally depleted Con: It was a learning curve for me, that could have improved if I had read the instructions a little better. But it such small print!
