The media could not be loaded. Comes in 2 boxes and arrived early. Everything was supplied as described and nothing was missing or damaged. 1 of the boxes is slightly on the heavy side so you may need help moving it inside once delivered. Ok so let me start by saying there is nothing I don't like about this set. I was fortunate enough that this was delivered a day before I left town for 3 days so the cushions had plenty of time to fluff up as they are delivered vacuum sealed. The picture was taken right after I finished putting it together. I did it by myself and it took less than an hour. It's perfect for my small space. The covers are removable and washable which is AWESOME. The back cushions are comfortable, a little on the thin side but doesn't hinder comfort at all. The seat and back cushions are velcro to the frame and so far seems to be staying in place nicely. The chair is such a wonderful seat and my daughter loves the fact that she has her own space now. The ottoman has storage space which easily holds 2 throw blankets. The seat, back and arm rest covers are removable and washable. If you've read the reviews regarding the arm rests being too far back it's from improper assembly. They have installed the sides on the wrong side. As you can see in my picture and video if properly assembled this set is exactly as advertised. Yes the leg pieces are plastic but they look nice and seem sturdy so no complaints here. I spent months couch shopping in store and online. I was insistent that I had to sit on a couch to try it out for comfort before I bought one so buying this online I was slightly concerned. Once I got home and sat down I was extremely happy with my purchase. Not only does this set looks amazing, saves space and provides storage but it is comfortable as well, not to mention my wallet was pleased with the price. The chair is nice. Ottoman is cheaply made. Overall poor quality for all. Purchased this for my sons apt so didn't move and assemble it until the return window had passed. Super small and cheap. After not even two weeks the couch breaks from the poor cheap design of the foot peg in the middle that provides minimal support and my son is small. Would not recommend. That is what I get for trying to save money and just costed more because getting a new diff set after this one was only used for 2 weeks ... show more

Omg!! I am so in Love with this furniture set!! I wasn’t sure if I would like it, so it sat in my cart for a few months. I read the reviews over and over again, until the Lord said just buy it!! Once it arrived at the house I had to have help bring it inside, it came in two big boxes. One thing that amazed me about the company is the way they invested time in packaging it up. It was wrapped together really good!! My kids and I put it together in about an hour and 15 minutes. It Was a fun activity to do with them. The hardest part putting together was the ottoman. I did not like the instructions, felt like it could have been better. However if you watch the video in the description, the company posted, it will definitely help you out!! Honestly everything else was easy to assemble. Overall I love the couch set! It’s beautiful and fit perfectly in my new apartment!! The furniture is sturdy! Which was one thing I feared about before ordering. It’s so cute y’all! I sent pictures to everyone showing them how it looked in my apartment. It is comfortable to sit on!! If you are straddling the fence like I was and don’t know whether to purchase it or not, this is your sign to get it!! I wouldn’t lie to you!
