I had to call customer service before it shipped and they we were able to help and solve my problem. I got phone 2 days earlier than originally specified. Phone was 128GB as specified. A lot of people said they thought it was more but you just have to read the full product details and it specifically states in 2 diff. Places that it is 128gb. I'm very very happy with the phone. It looks brand new and the stylus was included. I thankfully just had to stick my SIM card in it. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy another phone from them. False advertising. Not unlocked. Loaded with Verizon Apps you can't delete. One of them pushes download of other random apps to your phone on every startup. Will crash the 1st app you try to open after startup due to so many background processes. 10/10 would recommend smashing with a sledgehammer.

I've owned Motorola phones for some time, remember the Razor 3 flip phones...haha! I absolutely only shop for Motorola phones due to the phone quality, network connectivity (world phones), Android only operating system and ease of use and overall value. I've owned Apple and Samsung phones, but the overall ROI is far greater with a Moto G (stylus) than any other phones in this category. I'd like to see a bit more water protection, but for the price I'm not complaining! My big fat fingers love this stylus phone with Android 12, I'm using it right now on this review. the phone is not unlocked as a matter of fact its a Tracfone and the boot loader can not be unlocked if you want to be able to degoogle this is NOT the phone for you. The phone was late getting here on top of that. the upside is its a nice phone easy to use.
