I've had this product for a few weeks now. It's pretty comfortable and the perfect size as I needed. The assembly was pretty easy as well. The only thing is that the delivery had a total of 3 boxes and they were pretty heavy so if you need to carry it over stairs you'll definitely need at least 2 people ... show more

Perfect size for our little NYC apt. I've been using it for a month now and it's durable. I've opened and closed it every morning and night and it's still like new. It's very comfortable to sit on. It's not too firm and not too soft. I've found that by instead of pulling out the sleeper sections, if I just pull the couch away from the wall and flatten the back sections all the way that it works best for me. After pulling the sleeper section out on one side a couple of times it doesn't fit back tightly. Assembly: my sister helped me assemble the sofa and between the two of us we managed it in about 45 minutes. We are 67 and 73 respectively. One person could probably do it, but ask for help and it will go much smoother. If you use the sofa for sleeping the way I do, you may want to put a buffer over the area between the back and the sitting sections. I fold a comforter and place it over that area and then a sheet to hold it all together. It's very comfortable that way. I bought the rose pink sleeper sofa and it is rose pink. Super easy to put together, one person job and took roughly an hour to set up. Overall happy considering how easy it is to convert into a lounge chair to bed. It is on the firm side when sleeping on it from what we’ve been told by guests. Maybe it just needs to be broken in? When converted into a bed, measurements are correct. The back pillows are fluffy but isn’t enough to keep you leveled with the lower part, so you will need to stack those extra pillows under your head to feel comfortable. For the price, it was worth it. If you’re looking to have it more as an everyday bed then I suggest a mattress topper or another option. This is more useful as a couch for a spare room. The armrests fold down or stiff up depending how you like it but be careful you built it correctly or they will slide out of the joist. ... show more

I was honestly a bit hesitant about getting a sleeper sofa at first. I was worried it wouldn't be comfy to sit on or sleep on. But after using it for about a week, I'm actually pretty happy with it. I mostly use it as a couch for watching TV, and it's soft but still supportive (not the kind you just sink into). Had a friend stay over last week, and it was super easy to pull out into a bed-manageable even by myself. He said it was surprisingly comfortable and not as stiff as expected.
