First off, I want to give a huge kudos to the customer service team. The product comes in two packages. Mine were delivered separately. The customer service team answered every question I had about the delivery differences, and they were very prompt and courteous with their replies. They get five stars. The item itself is really nice as well. It’s sturdy, looks great, and was straightforward to assemble. I took about 5-6 hours making this myself at a leisurely pace. I did ask my wife to help move the armoire a couple times during building it, but one could probably build this alone if they have enough room and ways to prop it up. That said, it’s very heavy (combined, the two packages I received were over 200 pounds), so having another set of hands is very useful and safer. The doors on my unit don’t line up perfectly. I was able to adjust the hinges to get them relatively flush, but it’s not perfect. There’s about a 1/2” gap in the left two doors, as you can see in the photo. This isn’t a huge deal to me, but might bother someone else. Overall, I’d give the armoire itself 4.5/5 stars. It’s a great value for the money, but there are some minor issues that don’t affect the usability, but do affect the aesthetics a bit. The customer service is a 10/5. It’s the most responsive team I’ve dealt with in years of purchasing items on Amazon.

I was concerned when the item arrived because the box was smashed in a few places but the seller did an amazing job packing because there was absolutely no damage to the product. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put it together alone, although I imagine it would have been faster with a second set of hands helping. It’s a big piece of furniture so can be overwhelming but if you take your time and follow the instructions you shouldn’t have any issues. Once finished, the armoire looks great and the black handles go perfectly with the white product. Each piece of hardware came with an extra which was a nice touch in case you lose pieces. Overall a perfect solution to our lack of bedroom storage and customer service was very good.

This came in 2 boxes, one extremely heavy & a 2 person lift. The assembly is extremely involved and you must really study the instructions. I was assembling by myself & took numerous breaks over a few days. It is very sturdy and has a great amount of storage space. The look is high quality and it holds a lot. It has a very modern, clean look.

Purchased this wardrobe for our nursery, it shipped very quickly, and the seller reached out prior to this to confirm the order and ask if we had any questions. Upon unboxing, we discovered a piece did arrive damaged, likely in transit. I reached out to the sellers and requested a replacement. Within 3 days it was delivered and we were able to put the closet together. Yes, there are a lot of pieces, but everything is clearly labeled and while the instruction booklet is only pictures, it’s easy enough to follow if you take your time. There is also a YouTube video that they can send you. It’s a very heavy, sturdy piece and I can’t wait to start filling it with my baby girls clothes!

Awful all around. I got a super faulty closet. There’s so much wrong with it idek where to begin but what makes it worse is that I have been having to go back and forth for a refund. The item is clearly very big and I have been trying to schedule a pick up for the item. Nothing so far. Just a lot of back and forth with no resolution. I hope to get a resolution in the next few days. I wish I could go back in time and save myself from buying this item.

Since I always like a challenge, I didn't watch the video so that's my fault! But once it's all put together it's very pretty and turned out great

Quality of construction/materials is mediocre. Looks better than the quality. After having the wardrobe assembled one or two places bulged from inserting the screw too far. The metal trim is nice. The drawers do not closely evenly. Some close squarely while others seem slightly out of line. Height is a bit low but I considered building a platform in which to sit the wardrobe. Or just plan to use the top for more storage baskets or some clever display. The price almost makes it with while but if I had to do it over again I think I would have paid more for a better quality construction.
