I purchased the Ludatido electric fireplace expecting a functional and reliable product, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a headache. The heating system wouldn’t even turn on right out of the box, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product. To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, I discovered that the return fee is higher than what I paid for the fireplace. This feels like a total rip-off. Why should I pay more to return a defective product? Honestly, if the fireplace doesn’t work on the first try, that’s a red flag for potential future issues, and I don’t want to deal with a product that’s unreliable from the start. I can’t recommend this to anyone and am extremely disappointed with both the product and Ludatido’s return policy. Save your money and look elsewhere! ... show more

The fireplace is awesome. It was the best price of the ones I looked at has multiple settings. I love it. If you order this, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend it, and the flames look real, which was my biggest concern.
