I never purchase from a seller without reviews, but took a chance as this sofa was cheaper with this seller than others. Im so glad I did! First of all, the shipping was super fast! Comes in one box. The cushions are shrink wrapped. I read the directions to let them fluff to up to size for 72 hours. There was no smell, and easy to put together. I was uncertain about the cushions plumping up as they were like broken foam in a big loose sack, initially. Me, being impatient took out my streamer to smooth out wrinkles and heat it up. Then my blow dryer as I fluffed. This is the sofa after 24hrs. I'm super pleased!!! It's comfortable AND it fits my 5'11.5" body when laying down. I'm tall and thin. I'm not sure how I would like it if I were a larger sized person in weight and width because the seating is short. Meaning it doesn't come to my knees. So that may be challenging if you're a larger person. But it's perfect for me and what I was hoping for in my home office. My daughter and best friend found out comfortable as well. We all tried it out and agreed we could sleep on it comfortably even without extra padding. I'm so so happy with this purchase! A++ ... show more
