It's nice, but FedEx wasn't so nice. I agree with the reviews, that it does need some cushioning. However, the loveseat is nice when it has some decorative pillows and a colored blanket. Also, this is a build it yourself type of thing, so you won't be expecting an entire fedex crew putting the loveseat inside your apartment for you. Easy to build, comfy and a decent size. if you have a studio or a 1 bed/smaller living area then its a nice size. its soft as well.

⭐ 1 Star (I would give 0 stars if that was an option) This sofa has been the worst purchase I have made in years of shopping online. The product I received looks nothing like the pictures or the description in the listing. The quality is far below what was advertised, the finishing is poor, and it is very clear that the craftsmanship is disappointing. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable. The cushions are too thin, the seating is too low, and it does not provide the comfort or support that was expected. The overall design and details look cheap, and the final appearance does not match the beautiful photos shown online. The stickers attached to the fabric also leave visible marks, making the sofa look unfinished and unattractive. The most frustrating part was not only receiving a product that does not meet expectations, but also dealing with the seller’s customer service. Instead of providing a fair solution, they refused to refund my money and made the return process extremely difficult. After many years of purchasing products online, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a seller. I do not recommend this sofa or this seller. Easy to assemble. Way too small/short . The bottom slacks move away from the center so the cushions dip in. The back rest pillows don’t fully cover the back rest so you can easily hit yourself
