I just got this 6 x 8 cargo trailer recently and wanted a cargo net so that I could load boxes, brush, etc. and not worry about things flying off on the highway. I did some research on the different types in like this one because the holes are smaller than many of them. It’s very stretchy, and the 5 x 7 size of the net works very well on my 6 x 8 trailer. The hooks are a little bit clunky, but they work fine so far on the metal loop attachment points that I mounted on the sides of the trailer. One thing I noticed is that it does have a very strong odor when I received it, like chemicals outgassing. I’m hoping this goes away and I’m letting it air out in an effort to allow that. I don’t know about durability yet because I’ve only used it a couple times and it’s still practically new. I will try to remember to update this review at a later time when I have more data in that regard.

I bought a couple of these cargo nets to contain camp gear on a pulk during a recent winter trip in the BWCA. The intention was to supplement a couple Delta cargo nets I've long used for securing awkward gear to bike racks. The first thing I noticed was how much heavier this net is compared to my smaller Delta nets. The overall surface area is bigger, the mesh is thicker, and the hooks are larger, so some of this weight is to be expected. I figured it was a worthwhile tradeoff for increased support and durability. Unfortunately it became evident quite quickly that the hooks are quite brittle. Several broke while pulling the straps tight attempting to secure a load. This wasn't an issue specific to extreme cold either, it between 30 - 40 F during these occurances. Bottom line: If you need a webbed bungie, the Delta cargo straps are a safe bet. If you need something heavier duty than that, I would just go with normal bungies.
