The pillow backs are comfortable and strong. Zippered...which is a big plus in my book. It all looks very rich and stylish. You will not be disappointed!! The Customer Service for Valita is WONDERFUL! They went out of their way to let me know.... they were behind me all the way.... And they have been. I had a small issue that was completly remedied overnight!! That..in itself..is excellant Customer Service! Everything arrived in 3 separate, very large boxes. Cushion covers and the overall set "cover" arrived in a much smaller box. But...Everything was there. Otis, my Assembly technician...did a great job of putting everything together. At first I was missing some parts to complete assembly but once I contacted the seller they responded and sent me the parts I was missing right away. Also they told me, I have a year of warranty if anything happens to the set. It’s a simple set but it’s beautiful, very comfortable and it was what I expected. The set came in 2 big boxes. It took my handy husband 3 hours to put it together. Many many screws! It is low to the ground, like others have said, but it’s doable. The cushions are thick and the covers are sturdy. I bought a bag to keep the cushions in since we don’t have a gazebo over it yet. The included cover is cheap and thinner than a windbreaker jacket. We’ll probably end up buying a thicker cover. Overall good value.

This furniture set is amazing!! It is very comfortable and well made. It will take you a few hours to assemble, but the pieces easily match up to the associated screw holes. Also the cushions are very thick and sturdy. They are hard to get into the covers, but if you fold the cushions in half, then insert them in the covers it works well. This is still a challenge but once on the covers fit nice and snug. We could not be happier with this set, it is well worth the money and easily hundreds less than the big box store prices.

Disappointed with the order. Would not recommend purchasing without a different cover. The details say the chair material is waterproof and the cushions are water resistant. With any bit of rain, the cushions become soaked. Yes, the chairs are waterproof. The foam inside the cushions hold a ton of water. No joke, these cushions feel 20lbs when wet. We thought we could avoid this initially because it comes with a cover. Water soaks through the cover and soaks the cushions even if we cover it. I will say the build of the chairs seem sturdy. As many others mentioned in the comments, the back is very short.
