This is a beautiful set. Very well made. With that said, it is time consuming to put together. It went much smoother with 2 people. They do give you instructions but the set of tools they give you are useable but better to use your own tools. In the instructions it mentions something about water and cushions. I didn't understand what they were talking about so I opened the plastic sleeves that the cushions came in and left them out for 24 hours before putting the cushions in the cushion covers. Otherwise this set is very nice. I will totally enjoy drinking my coffee outside listening to the birds and sitting on my new outdoor furniture. Have a great day! ... show more

I have waited to write this review and happy to write it now, I really do like my purchase and feel it was worth the money spent. I had a couple 'hiccups' in the process, but note that they were resolved quickly by the seller. One- there were 2 boxes that did not arrive at the same time as the other boxes in the first shipment. I contacted the seller and they were prompt in response and kept me up to date on what was happening. The 2 delayed boxes arrived 2 weeks later. Second- Once we received all of the boxes, I opened and organized the pieces on the floor, there was a flaw on one of the fabric covers and a missing pillow. Again, I contacted the seller and told them the issue and it was resolved quickly. Note: be prepared to take your time when you decide to assemble many pieces and parts together. There are 2 sets of directions and it can get confusing. Lay out all the pieces and parts according to your first set of directions and the second set of directions into organized piles. I highly suggest to separate the nuts, bolts, screws and the "lettered pieces" into the pile that is specific to each page of the directions. It makes life a lot easier! I am absolutely over the moon with my Valita 7pc. Patio Set. I ordered the Amazon Home Assembly Service as well..and was amazed at how quickly and smoothly everything went. The quality of this furnitire set is amazing. Very well made..Sturdy...and very comfortable. I chose Khaki as it is perfect with my color scheme. The cushions are thick and well made. The pillow backs are comfortable and strong. Zippered...which is a big plus in my book. It all looks very rich and stylish. You will not be disappointed!! The Customer Service for Valita is WONDERFUL! They went out of their way to let me know.... they were behind me all the way.... And they have been. I had a small issue that was completly remedied overnight!! That..in itself..is excellant Customer Service! Everything arrived in 3 separate, very large boxes. Cushion covers and the overall set "cover" arrived in a much smaller box. But...Everything was there. Otis, my Assembly technician...did a great job of putting everything together. I want to thank Valita for offering.such a beautiful well made set for such a great price. Thank you for everything. I will purchase from you again Potential customers?? The pillows for the backs are pretty much six different sizes, and when stuffing them in the covers are causing the zippers to split from the strain. There seems to be 4 of one size back cover and 2 that are slightly smaller. Its frustrating to try to put together, and the covers are getting trashed. Seller very responsive. willing to help, review adjusted accordingly. ... show more
