Put this HAUDIO unit into an older double-DIN dash and it immediately modernized the setup. The box included the harness and hardware I needed, so I didn’t have to cut the factory wiring. Booted up cleanly, paired my phone once, and wireless CarPlay/Android Auto have been steady since. The 600×1024 anti-glare IPS screen is bright and responsive enough for maps and music, and split-screen navigation (Waze/Apple Maps) with audio controls is genuinely useful. Audio is better than expected for an all-in-one: the 18W×4 amp is clean and the 10-band parametric EQ lets you dial things in. FLAC playback over USB OTG worked fine, and there’s Dolby pass-through if you want to build around it. Built-in GPS with offline maps is handy when you’re out of signal, and the CANBUS integration kept my steering-wheel controls intact. A few trade-offs worth noting: with 2GB RAM/32GB storage it’s smooth for everyday tasks, but rapid app-switching can hesitate if you pile on background apps. Bluetooth 4.1 is stable, just not the newest spec. The screen’s 450-nit brightness is good, but you’ll still catch some reflections in direct midday sun. Overall, this strikes a nice balance of features and price: painless install, solid wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, flexible audio options, and a readable, customizable UI. If you’re reviving an older dash without going high-end, it’s an easy recommendation.

This is a breeze to install, and fits perfectly into a double din dash space. It includes almost everything you will need to compete the install, (unless you only have a single din opening), including the trim that goes around the faceplate. I say “almost” because if you are replacing an OEM stereo, you will most likely need a dash kit. I would also recommend just getting a wiring harness as well, to avoid having to waste time cutting and splicing your wires. A wiring harness makes it all plug and play. Keep in mind that the faceplate trim may not strictly be necessary for the install, but it definitely makes the install look much cleaner and more like it’s from the “factory”. One downside is that the instructions are pretty weak. I understand why, since the company recommends professional installation, but they could still improve them. But honestly, it was pretty intuitive aside from connecting the aftermarket stereo brackets to my dash brackets. Otherwise, everything went together quickly and mounted solidly. Now for performance. The stereo works flawlessly. It boots up instantly, almost like it is just waking from sleep, and it is ready to go the second I start my suv. The touch screen is nice and big. It’s bright, easy to see, and the touch response is smooth. Unlike the installation guide, the on device user manual is actually pretty comprehensive and makes learning the system easy. The wireless CarPlay is easy to connect, with just a quick Bluetooth connection to get it started and the stereo does the rest. Actually, overall, the wireless CarPlay has been rock solid and truthfully works better than the factory wireless CarPlay in my other vehicles. Themes are customizable, which is a nice touch. The biggest win for me is the ability to install apps directly from the store. That was a must have, and this stereo nails it. I installed my cheap gas finder app, which helps me avoid expensive stations and plan cheap options along my route. Having it run on the stereo instead of my phone is a lot easier because it frees my phone up completely for other things. I also added my usual streaming apps for when I’m parked or waiting, and most of the apps I normally use run perfectly on the head unit. All in all, I love this stereo. It is absolutely worth the price and the fact that install is so easy makes it an easy upgrade.

I would rate zero stars if possible. This thing is useless. Took nearly 2 hours to install and had to purchase several other items to install it in a 2014 Tahoe as what comes with the set did not fit my car. After two painstaking hours to install, it powers on and stops there. Looks great except one major problem, the touch screen does not function at all. Tried various different pressures and even a stylus and the device is completely unresponsive. Wish there had been reviews prior to purchasing, but unfortunately I got to be the guinea pig. My advise, stay far away and go with a different product.

This thing has some weight. Doesn’t feel cheap like most items at this price. The back has like a metal heat reduction sync. It has everything you need for a simple install if you know what you’re doing. Sound quality is good too but that can also depend on your speakers and setup. It has a lot of features and is a good replacement alternative head unit to the factory one. Can save video files too to play. Best part is it android! Bluetooth works well. Good value for you bang. Also the wires are labeled. I’ll upload a video later once I get it sitting nice in the ride.

The price dropped almost half of what it was when I ordered it. There would have to do alot of work to have this fit with more money spent to buy extra parts to make it fit. Was told it is not worth tearing up the vehicle to try and make it fit. As you can see from the pictures there are a lot of wires and the person that would be installing it said it is not going to be cheap for his labor.

If you are on a budget and still want to add a touch screen entertainment center for the car, this might work for you. You'll need the install kit for a double din radio, and depending on your car, you may need to purchase the correct wiring harness. It's not as universal as it could be, but the price leaves a lot of room to pick up anything you need to complete the installation. I'd recommend a partial install to test your system. I feel like the built in amp isn't as powerful as the amp in the stock radio and the sound isn't as full as it could be. If you run a separate amp you should be fine. It's tough to say how your system will sound with this head because of amps and speakers and subs. Try it. Maybe it will be just the thing you were looking for.
