Well I guess some days you're the bug and some days you're the windshield. I bought one of these and it's really frustrating when they list all these cool features and you install it only to find that you basically bought a cheap radio with so so bluetooth. It won't screen mirror as advertised because my phone is too new and doesn't support the old version and the fm radio goes out from time to time leaving you with nothing but a bluetooth connection. And if you plan on adding a different wallpaper, you'd better contact tech support because it ain't easy and resets itself back to factory settings from time to time. Oh, but at least it looks good.     • Doesn't fit correctly in my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan
I was disappointed in this stereo. I thought that when I ordered it that it would fit in my 2013 Dodge Grand caravan I specifically searched in Amazon for one that would fit correctly. This one does not fit so it doesn't look very good. It works but sometimes has some static in it depending on the area you are in. I never had any static in my original factory radio. The screen looks alright.i unhooked the it from Bluetooth and I didn't set up the feature to back up so I can't speak on that. I should've just bought the part I needed to repair my original stereo.     • The sound is very tinny sounding and FM reception not very good.
unit works but the sound quality was not good, very tinny sounding, replace it with a Jensen unit sound so much better but yes it was 4x+ more the cost.

Do not buy this product. Installation was challenging but once in, Bluetooth collected by not Apple CarPlay. Was able one time to get Apple CarPlay to work one time via USB cord but disconnected after a few minutes. Screen arrived with line of pixels that was not noticed until was able to view the maps screen. Please find another product! ... show more
