I would give zero stars if it was an option. Title says it all. Garbage. Doesnt fit what it says it will. Doesnt have good mounting options. Doesnt even fit in the opening! Garbage And they asked me if I wanted a refund, to which I said yes. Then they started asking questions about why it doesnt fit and saying I may need to buy extra mounting equipment. I bought the used product to save money. Works great but box was torn up and I had to trail and error the install. The wires are labeled but the radio only works when turned on. I have to turn radio off after ignition is dead. I used the factory connection for power supply. I didn’t install the backup camera because I was too tired after going through trail and error to make radio work. ... show more

    • Radio does not have built in GPS, but customer support is on par.
I had a feeling when the radio came in that it did not have built in GPS (as the headline and description says) but after about 15 minutes, I had it wired into the car, and confirmed it does not. GPS is referring to using it with your phone GPS, which honestly may be better. Time will tell. All other parts of the radio work great. ... show more

This thing is a complete waste of money. My android car play doesn't work if my truck gets hot, my Bluetooth don't work at all, the power button works like a home button, touch sensitivity is horrible. This is just a stupid peice of Chinese crap. Save your money and buy a good one

I needed a cheap replacement radio - this seemed to fit the bill... but in my opinion it is NOT worth buying. The good: radio works, backup camera works. The Bad: slow response to touch screen, kind of a awkward user interface. I just don't care for it. With tax I paid just under $60. If this had cost me $30 I would still be disappointed in it. If I had not already installed I would be returning it... but not worth me removing and shipping back. Bottom line if you are in the market for a car stereo I believe there are better options. ... show more
