Absolutely above my expectations! I was using iPhones the past 3 years. Not because I wanted to, but because I wanted to make things easier for my wife and her family. But after swapping back to the S26 Ultra I realize how much I’ve missed Android and Samsung. The amount of customization, not just looks, but functionality, is something that I love about Samsung. From the color reproduction, resolution to extend battery life, privacy screen enable per app or notifications, instead of a Dynamic Island everything lives at the top bar and might not function the same way but it’s close enough. And the Good Lock app alone makes takes the whole experience to a new level. The phone feels amazing in hand and feels like it is high quality. And durability is the same across the board. Don’t drop it and you will be fine. I paired mine with a MagBak case, which comes with a great screen protector. I think it is well worth the asking price and love how well Android integrates with windows. I also have a Samsung tablet and swapping between the two is seamless. Just not enough good things to say. For any iPhone users, simply take the time to learn the operating system and adapt your muscle memory and it will be fine. RCS chat makes sending high quality photos and videos simple, and Google Meet is a universal video calling app that makes it simple for everyone. FaceTime is fine, but other apps do video calling better. Just stop being stubborn and enjoy what else can be had. Anyway, hope this helps :) it’s a great device! ... show more

I have been a long-time buyer of Samsung Galaxy series of smartphones for decades. Over the years, I have experienced mostly a good experience with some design flaws in the earlier models such as screen pixelation and poor battery utilization. But for the most part my Samsung phones have lasted well over 3 years until I decide to upgrade and not because the phone has malfunctioned. I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy s26 Ultra to replace my 3 year old Samsung Galaxy s21 FE. I am really pleased with my s26 Ultra. This phone is lightening fast, snappy, and incredibly responsive--the user environment snaps smoothly in front of you so fast there is no time to see anything in between the transition except incredible speed. The display is easy to see in direct sunlight . The biometrics--face and fingerprint unlock are accurate and function seamlessly--face unlock works really great even when I am walking outside in direct sunlight. My s26 Ultra is very comfortable holding it in my hand. I purchased a premium $17 clear case that is perfect to protect it. The s26 Ultra has a remarkable display that is so clear and realistic in color depth. The battery utilization is by far the best user experience that I have ever had to date with a Galaxy series phone. I can use my s26 Ultra all day--talk on the phone, use lots of apps, and still the battery meter hardly shows any battery loss and I can keep it unplugged for more than a 48 hours and it still has plenty of battery charge. The S-Pen is amazing. The S-Pen is very nicely housed inside the phone same as it was for my previous Samsung series note phone that I owned several years ago. When using it to write "S notes" the user experience is fantastic--you can feel the pen against the screen that mimics the feeling like a real "pen to paper" experience with the strokes of the virtual pen having the same precision as a real pen. My s26 Ultra is running incredibly cool and does not get overheated. The CPU in this phone is fantastic. I was very fortunate in that I was going to buy the phone through my cellular carrier for about the same price as Amazon but it was only going to come with 256GB of storage and the color was limited to black, so I purchased my phone on Amazon and got a limited time deal that included 512GB of storage and I got to select the Sky Blue color from all the available colors that Samsung offers for this series. And Amazon let me spread the payments interest free for 5 months, so that was just perfect for my budget. Aesthetics of the phone are great too, I purchased my s26 Ultra in Sky Blue color and I love this color and the shape of the phone and design are very appealing too. My S24 was taking a quick nosedive in performance. At the time of purchase, I had a really good deal on this. Never having an "ultra" before I was wary, but decided to give it a shot. 1) Privacy screen feature is so cool. The customizable areas and settings makes it absolutely incredible if I don't want a full privacy screen. 2) battery life is better than any phone I have ever had. I'm on my phone constantly with audiobooks, GPS, window shopping, playing games, and I have a full day of battery. Even if somehow my battery gets low, it goes from 12% to 100% in 1hr 38min (happened just this morning). 3) Stylus use is perfect. It even reminds you if the stylus isn't in the phone when you turn off the screen. Very smooth. Had to sign some paperwork for a doctor over email and, I won't lie, it was funny how excited I got to sign a real signature, not a scribble with my finger. 4) The phone is CRAZY fast. I am not a patient person. And I have yet to get irritated with the speed of this phone. I am beyond happy with it and the larger memory that it offers. ... show more

I'm upgrading from the s21 ultra. So far this is my favorite android phone ever. The color is hard to capture on camera, but I took some pictures against a gray sheet to help. Customization has never gone deeper or been more intuitive in the Galaxy experience before, with AI integration and Privacy Display technology brings an emphasis on the individual user. And it all just works. Battery isn't just longer lasting because of the more efficient chip or charges faster from 60w bricks, but also is faster with your old 25w/45w bricks than your older Galaxy phone. It is aluminum so drops will dent and scratch the frame, but from video tests online the display screen refuses to crack, especially with a protector or case. However the design makes it very comfortable to hold and not accidentally drop. Ultimately this is for the tech enthusiast who wants/needs the S-pen, Privacy Display, extra battery, and better night pictures. If someone fits in this category, it's a very good value for the money, but especially with the cameras it feels niche beyond being the most technical and in that you might want the plus, base, or even wait for the fe. ... show more

Coming from a note 20 ultra (2020). Here are the cons. It's somehow thicker and heavier than the note 20 I think. I'm a little uncomfortable with how far the camera sticks out from the body. I miss my micro SD slot! Annoyingly, the S pen only fits back the right way. Palm slide screen captures doesn't work as well - screen is too sensitive to touch now and scrolls. All of that aside, it's a great phone. It's fast, has Ai features I still don't know about. Camera is amazing and so is the screen. No other complaints. ... show more

Bought this phone based off reviews and glad I did. It's replacing my Galaxy A54, which despite being a huge Galaxy fan, I was not thrilled with. The A54 was a couple years old--starting to glitch a lot and slow down while not holding a charge for very long. This one is fast & charges quicker. The battery life isn't as great as I hoped, but it's not bad. Easy to set up, transfer my SIM, and transfer all my files via Smart Switch from my other phone. I use Cricket Wireless, but they didn't have this phone available in 512GB. Found this one here on Amazon as an open box deal and jumped on it. Hoping this one will outshine the A54 and last me a while. ... show more
