We've had our air fryer for a long time, and when we purchased it, all that we found available was round parchment liners with holes in them. Those did not work nearly so well as the square ones with sides. We find that food cooks just as well as without a liner, and cleanup is a breeze. Most of the time, we find that a simple wiping with a damp paper towel is all the pan needs. These are great!

They come in sizes so be careful with your selection the one I chose for my ramjoy air fryer is 7.5 they fit perfectly. I always use two at one time. So that when I spray a little oil on my food before cooking when finished it doesn't penetrate the paper and there's no oil for food at the bottom of the air fryer. Which makes cleanup of Breeze. So Choose Wisely when choosing your air fryer/ parchment paper in size because one side does not fit all.

I was expecting these to keep my small air fryer clean, and still have the crispy food that I am used to. Do they keep the fryer clean? Not really, I still have to wash the basket when I am finished cooking. Is the food still crispy? Just the top of the food remains crispy. The bottom of the food sits in cooking liquids that gather in the liner and stew the food. What was worse, the liner stuck to the chicken breast, creating a mess in the basket when I had to peal it off the chicken and the juices went into the basket anyway. Maybe they work better for other foods, but for the chicken breast they are a no go. UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars because I have finally figured out the best use of these, for me. The are great for reheating things like fries from restaurants. Also good for cooking breaded items like chicken tenders or chicken nuggets. But for raw meats these are not my preferred choice for the air fryer since it will get dirty anyway. Just cook raw meats on the grate, reheat things on the paper liners.
