This is a horrible freezer. I wouldn’t even call it a refrigerator. It’s not keeping anything cold my vegetables or willing I need a freezer. That’s what this was listed as… don’t buy this freezer or maybe this one’s bad.. I’m sending it back now.. OK, I’m dealing with the worst customer service.. this is a third-party item and they don’t believe in refunding you so it’s gonna be a fight from now on. So what did I learn check for a third-party seller and read the reviews? Read the reviews with a save me some heartache cause those one stars are true down below me.

This is the worst product ever. When it can, it was dented and cracked. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! They would not pay to have it sent back and told me that they would refund $160 and to keep the machine. NO FULL REFUND,!!!

I got this in hopes that it was what was listed its not everything's not even in English missing parts from the product and no way to get what im missing i would tell everyone to not buy this product because if somethings wrong you just get screwed over and stuck with what you have
