We purchased the Garveelife 5‘ x 3‘ outdoor storage shed a little over a month ago. I found it to be a surprisingly sturdy and well built storage solution that’s great for organizing tools, supplies, and equipment on our acreage. The metal panels feel durable and weather resistant, and the shed has stayed solid through wind and rain without showing signs of rust, breaking down or loosening. I like that the double doors open wide, making it easy to slide larger items in and out without wrestling around. Assembly was straightforward, although a little awkward with nice clear instructions, and the finished structure looks sharp and professional rather than flimsy. The roof has a slight pitch that helps rainwater runoff instead of pooling, which is a big plus for longevity. One minor downside is that it took a bit of muscle to line up some of the panels during setup, but once it was squared up, it all went together fine. Overall, it seems to be a dependable, space efficient storage option that should hold up well.

Trying to assemble this attractive looking shed has been a shockingly bad experience! I have assembled a lot of sheds, and this one sure looked like a one-person, easy install. It is only 5’x3’. Wow, was I ever wrong! The directions are ok. But, the pilot drill holes are sometimes missing, and the steel support frame is difficult to drill through. They do include a cheap screwdriver (without a magnetic end), but good luck powering that by hand through the steel. I cannot do it, while people with a lot of hand strength may do better. So, I resorted to a decent cordless drill, and I still could not get the screws to go through. Now, here is the big, big, big problem which may mean that I junk this whole thing. In order to protect the metal panels during shipping, they coated the panels with a very thin plastic film that has such a strong adhesive that it is nearly impossible to remove!!! It is taking me over an hour per panel! And these are not big panels! I have tried heating the panels, I have tried a steamer, I have tried just peeling it off cold. Nothing is helping! The stuff will not come off. See the photo below. That was after 45 minutes of steaming. My fingernails are worn all the way down to nubs now. And the entire time you are trying to remove it, you are risking cutting yourself to shreds on the metal edges. So, after fighting with this shed for days, in what should have been a couple hour build, I am about ready to give up. No floor by the way. If perchance I actually get it built, say maybe hell freezes over or pigs fly or rainbows and glitter suddenly shoot out of my hind end, I will update this review. Right now, I cannot speak to its structural integrity or if it leaks or if it is rodent proof or if the door works. Cause I cannot remove the dang plastic from the panels! So, bad value and a Herculean task to boot.

For $180 or so, this is an absolute steal and perfect for storing away the snowblower, lawn mower, and anything else that can be stored outside in freezing temps to clear up garage space I just have the handles of those equipment butt up agaianst the door when I shut it, and then I have all the extra shelf space above to have about a 2ft deep shelf 3 levels high for everything else. Couldn't be happier with this, and it only took a couple hours to put together.

This shed is perfect for my generator storage. It was easy to put together with adequate instructions and all the parts were included. It feels quite sturdy and the vents at the top help with airflow. It’s a great size to hold my generator and some smaller lawn tools and it looks quite nice. For the price it’s an amazing deal.

I generally love the Govee brand products but this one is a big fail. For starters, the instructions were trash. The provided hardware didn’t fit the pre-drilled holes in some places (specifically at the roof panels, coming up too short requiring us to dig in our shed for longer tap cons) and it’s so lightweight that even reinforcing it with rebar didn’t make it any sturdier. It’s now mangled and dented beyond repair in 15ish wind gusts. We anchored it with rebar, 2’ pole anchors and it is still an aluminum kite. If the frame was at least steel instead of aluminum, it would probably be sturdier and definitely wouldn’t be as easily toppled. So incredibly disappointed after the frustrating several hour assembly to have it completely ruined in minimal wind.
