I put 4 of the adapters into my celing fan, and eventually melted, destroying the bulbs I used. I put all 3 in the same celing fan that had *one* bulb burned out, after more than 10 years of use. And the origimal bulbs (which I planned to replace) were so cheap that most of them simply came apart as I tried to unscrew them, the first time, though eventually they all did. So when I took most of them out to see how well the replacement bulbs worked, I was unable to put them back into their sockets. And then these adapters OVERHEATED and MELTED on the bulbs (30 Watts, mostly) except for ONE 60 Watt bulb which survivved. Unscrewing the base of a bulb in the dark is no fun. Especially when detridus kept falling out of the base, and some into my eyes! Luckily it wasn't GLASS. I don't know why they melted, the one 60 watt bulb I put into an adapter did not melt it, and is still working. You can see where the adapter melted. ... show more

Nice little adapters for candle bulbs but were a little too tall for my liking. I was using them inside my ikea lamp so it didn’t fit as it was just a tiny bit long. But if you’re using them in a not so cramped space it’s perfect.

I've ordered this 6-pack twice already because the first batch only had a couple that worked, and the second batch had at least 3 or 4 that worked. They do the trick, but take up a bit of extra space so it may not work with certain fixtures and their bowls. Thankfully I was able to fit and screw my bowl back in place, but the light bulb is extending flush against the bowl, so I hope it doesn't cause any glass to overheat and crack. ... show more

I bought these specifically for my kids room. They were gifted a color changing light bulb and it did not fit in their socket. I was afraid it wouldn't fit correctly or wouldn't work but it works fine, fits good and have not had any problems with it. I definitely recommend them.
