I have had many humidifiers of different types over the years. This one is the best I have owned. PROS: can select ultrasonic only, or heat plus ultrasonic (I prefer both); good vapor output; large capacity (will last overnight with good output), no mandatory indicator lights (but you can choose to activate a soothing nightlight); can fill from the top or by removing the tank; quiet; not overly warm even with the heat option CONS: as with all ultrasonic humidifiers, any minerals in the water will end up on room surfaces, but this depends how pure your water supply is--steam humidifiers won't do that at all, but they use far more energy and get quite warm, and sometimes noisy; vapor can't be directed much, but that is a very minor complaint. If you have dry air (particularly a problem in winter), or take medications that produce dry mouth, or asthma with thick mucus production, these devices are very helpful (I am a retired medical doctor). To prevent mineral dust on surfaces, use distilled or deionized water. If your tap water is fairly pure, you can get away with slightly more frequent dusting.

Very nice unit. I love that you can adjust the direction the mist goes! This unit runs so quietly it is almost silent. the night light function is color changing and not over bright. I love this unit you can adjust the mist from light f1 to heavy f 3 it has a timer you can set there is no weird smells and cleanup is super easy. the water chamber is large, so you don't have to constantly refill it. It easily fits on the nightstand. If you're looking for a quality unit at a great price you found it.

Cool mist - works well. Warm mist - it heats the water and then blows out in cool mist mode. It doesn't boil water to give out hot steam. So this process takes time to give warm mist. It is a little noisy for me in certain modes. At high flow mode it is not noisy. But this may be unique to my unit. Has a bunch of good functions. Recommend to buy.

Better than I expected it to be and the price was just right. I am allergic to dust and pollen and I also get post nasal drip and I have a cat that is prone to URIs so this comes in handy. I love hove convenient and easy this humidifier is to use. The features are also great. I love how the level adjust to the room, the ability to set a run time, auto feature and the night mode feature with the colorful lighting. It’s quiet, the clouds are thick as u can choose a level and it’s easy to clean. The last humidifier I had was too much work and it would always have a build up of stuff that would be hard to come off and reach places I couldn’t clean and it had some noise to it. I have no issues with this one and so far everything is is great.

Works amazing! Was worried about how it would work in my open floor plan home but I desperately needed something for my living room and this one was in my price range so I tried it out. It.works great. Im not very technical, so I can't tell you exactly how far into the rooms it helps humidify, but, it has kept me and my nose from drying out at night and that makes me happy. The warm mist uses about 2x the amount of water than the cool mist, but unless you've got your hand right over it, it's really unnoticeable if you're using cool.mist or warm mist (I'm one who freezes in 80°F temps, so trust me, I'd notice if it was noticeable). Only thing is make sure you use distilled water, or else you may get this fine white "film?" For lack of a better word coating things in your house. It's nothing dangerous, it's just the minerals in your water being displaced elsewhere. Distilled water helps prevent that. It's been years since I've used a humidifier, so this may be the norm now, but I expected there to be a damp area around the humidifier, from where the water comes out & settles, but this doesn't happen with this one (I do keep the vent up top as slanted as it goes) so it's not messy either. Very impressed, especially for the price.point!
