Hooray for a piece of furniture with no assembly required! Just open the box, carefully cut the plastic and POOF! It opens up immediately! I have suffered with severe chronic pain for 25 yrs now and really wanted something I could lay on in the living room to watch TV and fall asleep on. ( If your TV is up high in the wall, it may be difficult to see it,, mine is on a low sideboard.) The armrests are wide enough to set a big book on or a plate of snacks. Or to have one of my dogs sit there and watch me eat the snack! The back is actually pretty supportive, I prefer lying down but when I want to sit up with the pillows behind me, it is pretty sturdy, despite just being foam. The directions said to wait 72 hours before using (so the thing can fully expand) but I simply couldn't wait. It is superbly soft and easily fits my 5'3" stretched out, and my 3 small dogs! Because it is so low, I have a difficult time getting out of it, but I'd rather just stay in it! I'm thinking of making a platform with wheels for ease of moving to vacuum and ease of getting up. We got the 50 by 80 inch black chaise and are very happy. I thought the fabric and the color black was going to look tacky but it actually looks very nice. My husband is 6’1 and wanted something he could sprawl out on and stretch out his legs in his “man cave” (it’s really a loft). He absolutely loves this new purchase. I shopped around for hours online for something that would be long enough for him given his height and this turned out to be the perfect fit. It is very firm like the other reviews say, but I will say - it’s SO comfortable. The firmness is one of its most impressive features. It’s very dense and high quality. The fabric is as soft as it looks. It couldn’t possibly be any softer. Looking forward to maybe crashing my husband’s space and sneaking in some naps on this thing. Big fan. A small warning: the box is VERY heavy. As far as getting this thing in the loft - there wasn’t a snowball’s chance in hell I could’ve brought this up by myself. I could barely get the box in the door. It was so heavy. I am a small person but I pride myself in my strength. This thing nearly took me out trying to get it up the stairs. If you are a small gal then prepare to get some help if you need to conquer an any stairs. Still, worth it. ... show more

I selected and ordered this boneless chaise after more than six months of extensive searches online shopping, social media, and I even considered one I found in person at a reputable furniture store (then I went home and read poor online reviews which are absolutely critical to my decision making), but for me this decision was based on a number of factors. This chaise is obviously already highly rated. It was delivered by a very nice UPS driver, so I get it inside and found it was not difficult to unbox and unroll although my helper made it look easy and he did it unassisted. It’s been sitting in my living room for a couple hours and I’m so tempted to use it now but I know it could permanently affect the quality in the long run, so I will wait the 48-72 hours. But I did lay on it for five full minutes of heaven. It was literally like being on a cloud. I have a back riddled with arthritis, herniated discs, three hip replacements, and a bad shoulder (former gymnast), so getting the perfect combination of firmness and body hugging softness in the right places has been a challenge. This chaise, which came with three beautiful pillows, is by far the most comfortable piece of furniture I’ve laid on in my life. Online photos aren’t showing its real beauty, so I added my own. The fabric is a wonderful quality so thick and plush! It’s a very large chaise and two could easily fit, but this is all mine and I like the extra space. Apart from knocking it out of the park with a fantastic chaise, this seller amazed me. The shipment wasn’t due for another 2-4 days but I sent an inquiry because my card was charged the day after I ordered it. I later learned it’s because it left their possession. They not only assured me it was en route but they also got it here days ahead of time. I’m thrilled to offer a genuine 5-star rating on the entire purchasing experience! This is my new favorite seat ever. It looks amazing and keeps its fuzzy texture even with daily use by me , my cat, and my 120lb bloodhound. The support hasn’t changed either from day one. It’s still just as comfortable and shaped as it was when I opened it. Speaking of opening, the ‘assembly’ if you could even call it that was so simple. Unroll it then cut the bag and stand back. It inflated pretty much instantly it does say give it 24 hours to fully inflate, I would say it’s instant but the memory foam on the inside probably needs the 24 hours. It’s ridiculously comfortable, I’ve put it in my office/library and it’s my space of choice to read, watch tv, and work on my iPad. The arms are big enough to set a iPad Pro Magic Keyboard on so it definitely would hold a laptop as well. I will say the back is a bit low, this is a lay/lounge chair and not a sit up straight chair for sure. I have some squishmallows set up on top of the back that negates the no rest for my upper back/head. I would buy this 100 times over. ... show more

Bought this for my mom to have a comfy place to watch TV. I was skeptical on the sturdiness of it since it one of those vacuum sealed furniture, but it was firm. The back is supportive to sit upright and you do not sink in. Despite the firmness to keep its structure, its soft and very comfortable to lay in. It comes in a pretty heavy box, we needed two people to move and unbox it. It's very easy to set up, open the box and cut it out of the plastic. It unfolds and takes it form pretty quickly, we were able to sit in it immediately. Great quality for the price. ... show more

Absoulty love this chair! I read a lot and wanted something comfy to sit on. It's definitely comfy! It's more sturdy than I thought it would be. There It's holds it shape. It was vaccum sealed and a bit of a workout to get it out but overall pretty easy. The pillows are flat when you open it you just have to take them out of the cover and fluff them really good. My only complaint is I wish the back rest was a little taller to support the neck and back a little more. It's easy to move as well. Not to heavy. Great product for for price. ... show more
