I restored my 6 year old HP Pavilion. I changed out the battery too thinking it wasn't working. Come to find out, it was the power cord. I saw a video how to test the charger with a multimeter. It turned out it was not working. I found this inexpensive charger. I made sure it was the correct one for my laptop. Once I got it, I plugged it in and the white LED light lit up and it started to charge!
