It comes with crystals and logs that you have to set up yourself, but it is very easy to do. The bed also has 13 different colors to choose from. I was really on the fence about buying this because there was only 2 reviews and only 2 answered questions about it. Totally cool fire place. Love all the functions and colors and display BUT I don’t like it doesn’t really warm up anything and it run up my light bill crazy high we keep it off now. It looks like it has three sections were heat comes out of but it doesn’t only one in the middle but it never warmed up my living area. I would return it but I made the whole in my wall for this size ... show more

I bought this unit to replace the fireplace that quit working in my fifth wheel. It arrived on time and before I installed it I tested it and found that the fireplace would shutdown/turn off 90 seconds after Hi temp mode was selected. Everything else works fine and I just saw where this a known issue which other customers have experienced. The other thing I personally don’t like is the loud and annoying beep the unit makes when turning it on/off and all other selections. ... show more
