This is actually a very sturdy flag holder. It's quite windy where I live, we have open farm fields all around us so. The only issue I had was with the velcro holder for the flag clip. It kept sliding up and down the pole. My husband found a solution...he used a black binder clip. He put it above the velcro holder, so now it can't move up and down the pole anymore. I like that the garden pole is taller than others. The flag is much more visual being the height it is. I also love all the prongs it really holds the flag snuggly to the ground. The price was good too.

I have a little flower garden in the front of my house that I paid a landscaper to do for me but wanted to add something to it. I saw a friend of mine had a small flag stand and I liked it, so I looked on line and found this one. This one is actually better than the one my friend has because it comes with a side clip that actually holds the flag in place if it’s too windy. I like the fact I can change the flags out depending on the Holiday or when it’s not a holiday season, I can keep the American flag on it. it’s adjustable so I can adjust it to the height that I wanted because a lot of other ones I saw were kinda short. But it was easy to dig into the ground and the metal is pretty solid. Happy with the look of the flag and how it compliments my flower garden

These were purchased then divided, one for our home the other was a Christmas gift. They were easy to assemble. And liked the fact they came with flag clips. (It has been windy and without the clips my flag would have went flying. LOL). Love that these are a higher measurement, makes them easier to see. The polls are worth the money and I would recommend the purchase to anyone. The reason for only four stars is that when it was pushed into the ground the stakes seemed to be a touch wobbly. I hope that won't keep anyone from purchasing (honestly I don't know how to describe or explain, I do apologize) As I had stated it has been windy and my flagpole is still standing strong. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I will buy again, I have more flags that I want to place in other areas.

If you like to have garden flags, this is what is perfect. When putting it together I put Vaseline in all of this connections. It's just a preventive against possible rust.

I purchased this flag holder when my other one rusted away... it was over 10 years old so I can't complain. I like this flag holder for a couple of reasons: 1) it has the four prongs that go into the ground and hold it steadier than just the normal 2 prongs; 2) It can be extended to about 3 feet high so it can be seen nicely against the house or above bushes. The only thing I don't like about it is the clip that holds onto the flag. It's a velcro strap that you wrap around the flag pole and then clip to the flag so that the flag doesn't blow around. I think it should be a snap strap around the pole with a clip to the flag. On windy days, the velcro doesn't hold well, loosens up and the flag blows around. I'll have to buy some of the snap clips and use those instead. Otherwise, I like this product and am hoping it lasts 10 years like my last holder.

I think this is a sturdy flag holder, and I like the fact that the segments screw together as opposed to just being pushed into each other. The height is also superior to many other flag stands. I actually bought the double pack so I could use one extra segment to increase the flag's height. The most concerning drawback is that the curve of the hanging bar is too wide for the majority of the flags I own, and those flags cannot loop around it without being torn. I am going to need to use vice grips to squeeze them together so the flags can loop through them. The other drawback is that the clip that is supposed to hold the flag from blowing in the wind does not open. Other than those things, this is a nice option to hang garden flags.
