Ok guys. For all of the stuff I order on Amazon, I don't typically write reviews. So... the fact that I'm writing a review at all says A LOT. I LOVE THIS DEVICE! Reviews on similar devices had issues with connecting, disconnecting, loud clicking, and rough rolling weights (bc of the links). So far I have used time as a measure, and also counting. I find it to be a fun activity. You could use a song as a measure. I'll be using all of the above until I find what I like best. Then I will gradually increase my count or time using the device. Bottom line folks, this is the one! Easy to assemble and disassemble (to get the right sizing). The weight GLIDES SMOOTHLY and QUIETLY through the track. I am very pleased with this purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is my second weighted hula and this one is so much better than the first. This one is quieter which is a plus. Seems to roll around the hoop better because of the upgrade of wheels. It’s very comfortable and I have seen a difference in my waist line in just a week. Easy to use and remove the links as needed. Works great!

Easy to put together. Easy to use. But when it comes to taking it off I had the hardest time getting it off. Not sure if i need to have it a little loose or what. But it was tough to get off.

I was hesitant to order. There are so many to choose from on Amazon. Finally decided to get this one because of the price and other reviews. It works good! The best thing about it is that it's so quiet. I've read where other ones are loud. I bought the blue, getting the black one too! I'm very impressed with the quality. I do it anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour a day. In 3 weeks I can tell a difference. ! My jeans that were fitting tight over the winter fit so much better! Has definitely slimmed down my waist. My butt and hips and even my back muscles have tightened up! It's actually addictive once I got the hang of it. Don't get discouraged, keep trying it even for a few minutes at a time. You'll get the hang of it. I should mention that I have knee and hip problems. After I got the hang of it I can position my legs to take the pressure off of my knees. Don't get discouraged, you'll get in your own groove that works for you!

After having this for literally 2 days it already broke. It won’t spin anymore. Don’t buy, it’s cheap for a reason. Crappy material. It was nice while it lasted super quiet and fun workout and then it broke….

This product is a fun way to get active for a little bit every day and is great if you have a small space! I love using this while watching a show. My only complaint would be that each link is a bit hard to remove at times.

I recommend watching a YouTube video first, as they’ll tell you about placement. You would think it’s easy and simple to hula hoop, it’s just movement of the waist, right?! so wrong, lol. Before I watched the YouTube video, I placed it too high (way above belly button) and got it to spin continuously for roughly a minute, so I had to spin it a lot in 30 mins! After the 30 mins, I finally watched a YouTube video and saw that beginners should place it closer to hips (below belly button) or slightly above belly button, and I was able to spin it continuously for 2+mins! I’ll try again tomorrow and readjust it as needed so I can get it to spin continuously. Pants size: 12/14 (for looser fit). Shirt: L. Waist size: 43 inches. Weight: 180. Used 21 knots. (The flyer has recommendations based weight and size but they weren’t the right measurements for me, so I recommend you adjust according to your unique body.)
