We hoop for about 30 minutes a day, after that we are tired. It is fun and I am actually excited about getting home and doing this!! I’ve been using this hula hoop for a while, and I use it every day. I’ve already lost a lot of weight with it! The links are easy to take off and put back on, and it’s not too noisy while using. I had plenty of links to adjust it perfectly to my size. Just spending 30 minutes a day gives you a great workout, and it’s really comfortable to use no pinching or discomfort at all.

it's quiet, easy, and you can use it in a small space. It's a great way to work out for a short amount of time or even a long period without getting super tired. my box did come taped weird, but there wasn't anything missing.

Ok guys. For all of the stuff I order on Amazon, I don't typically write reviews. So... the fact that I'm writing a review at all says A LOT. I LOVE THIS DEVICE! Reviews on similar devices had issues with connecting, disconnecting, loud clicking, and rough rolling weights (bc of the links). So far I have used time as a measure, and also counting. I find it to be a fun activity. You could use a song as a measure. I'll be using all of the above until I find what I like best. Then I will gradually increase my count or time using the device. Bottom line folks, this is the one! Easy to assemble and disassemble (to get the right sizing). The weight GLIDES SMOOTHLY and QUIETLY through the track. I am very pleased with this purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This product is a fun way to get active for a little bit every day and is great if you have a small space! I love using this while watching a show. My only complaint would be that each link is a bit hard to remove at times.

I only had two struggles with this infinity hoop. For one, I struggled severely with snapping and unsnapping the knots - until I realized I was doing it wrong. It's actually very easy with a little practice. :) Number two, and that is still unresolved - feet slipping on the puddle of sweat mid-workout, which will stop the momentum, no doubt. But that's not the fault of the infinity hoop, in fact, it's a good sign!! It's perfect: moves smooth and quiet. Do NOT listen to the naysayers who have yet to figure out how to get this baby going and keep it moving. Best bet is to stand feet shoulder width apart, or one front, with the other behind, and you can even step with your feet marching in that position first, it will help to exagerrate the hip movement. It took only 2-3 minutes to get it going, and I'm not a dancer or an extremely fit individual either, in fact I haven't had one on since I was a teen and I'm now in my 40s. Right off the bat I did a 30+ minute workout with multiple 5-6, and even one 9 minute periods where the ball spun like magic, along with my hips, truly like an unstoppable infinity! Put on your favorite energetic music, close the door and give it 30 minutes of your time. Honest. It will work. I haven't had this much fun in a long time! This baby will be a fantastic addition to my daily cardio and strength training workout routine. I will update on weight loss if/as it happens and the frequency of knot removals! *** 1st week: 1 link down (from 25 to 24) - Already able to go on dancing for 40-50 minutes without the ball stopping!

This is my second weighted hula and this one is so much better than the first. This one is quieter which is a plus. Seems to roll around the hoop better because of the upgrade of wheels. It’s very comfortable and I have seen a difference in my waist line in just a week. Easy to use and remove the links as needed. Works great!
