The media could not be loaded. Ordered this convertible couch for my office for when guests come they can use it as a pullout bed. It arrived way earlier than expected. Although the instructions were a bit confusing, the pieces are pretty self explanatory and we figured it out. Also contacted customer service and they sent an instructional video. The fabric is very soft. The color is alittle darker green than I thought but I still love it. It’s comfortable to sit on. Fits me and my husband comfortably. The little desk it comes with is great and the cup holders. It’s going to be great to relax in my office on lunch break or after work for some me time. I haven’t slept on it yet so not sure if it’ll need a topper but if so that’s no big deal. I did communicate with customer service and they were very responsive and helpful. I’ve been using this 65-inch sleeper sofa in my bedroom, and it’s been a wonderful addition. The adjustable backrest allows me to comfortably sit up and read or recline for a quick nap. I also love how soft the corduroy fabric feels—it's a cozy texture that makes lounging even more enjoyable. The size is perfect for my smaller bedroom, and the black color is neutral enough to complement my other furniture. I wasn’t sure how comfortable the pull-out bed would be, but after trying it, I’m impressed. It’s surprisingly sturdy and easy to pull out. The foam cushion and independent spring packs provide just the right amount of support for sleeping. My guest was comfortable and appreciated having a separate bed to sleep on. As someone who’s always charging devices, the built-in USB ports are a game changer. I can charge my phone, tablet, or even my laptop while lounging on the sofa.
