The media could not be loaded. Everything works well as a plug and play electric fireplace. The glass panel looks better than the metal plate. What most important to me is the grey color glass top is rare found and perfectly match my wood TV stand color. I will say this is one of the few grey fireplaces you can find in the marketplace, well worth the money. The only drawback to me is the depth of the tray to put the fake woods is shallow, makes the fireplace a little flat that lack of 3D deep visual effects. ... show more
