Easy to assemble, I didn’t even need to look at the instructions. I was surprised at how heavy duty it is and love the design on the base as well as the dimming feature. And it comes with two bulbs which is great. The light shades hang a bit weird because of the tension from the cord but I was able to sort that out. This lamp was the perfect addition to my son’s room! I do have to warn though if this lamp gets knocked down, hard objects or flooring can break the outer (ceramic I think) material and cleaning that up is similar to glass so you have to be careful especially if you have little ones. Also I wasn’t prepared for how chunky the sliding switch for it would be so I have to hide it not only because it’s not the most attractive thing in the world but my child loves to get a hold of it. It does come with lightbulbs so you shouldn’t need to get any! I love the light it gives and the natural whimsy it adds to a space, the only thing I noticed is depending how bright or low you put it at, it can have a continuous slight flicker which doesn’t bug me usually but some people this might bother. ... show more

I love this lamp!! It’s actually very good quality. Very detailed. Only gripe I have is I wish it had a on/off switch up top. It only has the foot switch. The foot switch is only about 3 feet from where the cord plugs into the socket, my socket isn’t right at the floor so it hangs down. It does have a long cord, but the foot switch seems like it should be closer to the lamp, not the wall outlet 🤷🏼♀️ other than that, I love it. It even comes with light bulbs. ... show more
