Knowing that I could return it
No it didn’t I have tried to reach out to you all about returning it . A UPS driver will have to come and pick it up because it is heavy and I can’t pick it up to put it in my car . Please help me return it.

Weird back rest positioning
The back rest only has 2 positions, so it's uncomfortable when you're sitting on it. ( in my opinion)

Not a good sleeper couch. Uncomfortable and worst ever.
None of the parts were labeled and the instructions were horrible. I guess sometimes it’s worth paying more money for something.

The middle bar came with wrong weld. I will have to cut it and get plastic cap for end. Other than that black marks like paint on arm rest. The product seems ok and not hard to put together. Some hardware items where not square had to be realigned. Would give 4 star if zero issues out of box but quite a few issues to fix. If not cut right either will have to get new middle bar or leave off which effects back support. 5 stars if cloth seemed more durable will tell with time ... show more

If I could return I would
Product is not the best quality and I was under the impression it was velvet and it is not. Some of the parts where screws are required don’t have holes for the screws to fit. Unfortunately I am stuck as the box was also quite damaged and I am unable to return it because it is so heavy. All around I am not too happy with my purchase especially since I paid $99 delivery fee. ... show more
