This computer works really well and loads nice and fast. It comes with one computer and one charger. It isn’t touchscreen, but the screen works well. All of the keys work and fits perfectly into the charger. I definitely recommend!!!!!!

They gave us 2 refurbished ones and I didn't ask for a refurbished one. You can tell that they where used because of some dents ans scratches on both of them. The item came with minimal scratches and is a decent size for viewing. I use it to surf and type up documents. However, it does run very slow on some heavy traffic websites, no matter how good your wi-fi signal is. (I tried that same website on a newer computer and no problem there.) It is not touchscreen and stopped receiving automatic Google Chrome updates in 2022. It is at version 103 currently and you'd have to buy a newer model if you'd like higher than a 103. I also cannot for the life of me get my printer to print without issues. There is a message that always says "can't connect to printer", yet sometimes it will randomly let a page print. Sometime the page will print long after you hit the print button and already printed out the page on another computer. In this case if I hear it starting to print, I have to run and try and hit cancel before ink is wasted. Again, not bad for web surfing, sending emails or paying bills, but would not recommend otherwise. ... show more

I finally received it, took about a week. It came in a crushed up box even though it had fragile on it. That was usps not the sellers fault. When it was opened it was in great condition. The bubble wrap sleeve really helped it. I was able to turn it on and relog into everything with ease. My old chromebook stopped fitting the charger for some reason. I miss my old one but this seems to run better. After I use it for work I'll update but from first glance it's great. ... show more

A user's manual would have been helpful, but full instructions and descriptions of how to use its features are available on line.
