Ok so I do a lot of research and was a little hesitant prior to this purchase but am extremely happy I went with it. Its firm but comfty. If you're looking for a bouncy, cushy couch this is not it, but it definitely has some give. The way it expands is great and our family of 4 can fit very comfortably with extra room. I love the storage, definitely a plus. It was extremely easy to assemble and gives options of how its set up so it worked in our awkwardly set living room. Worth giving it a shot in my opinion. The couch arrived safely. It was packaged very well. It was very easy to put together. It's firm and comfortable to sit on. I put it in a smaller room and it fits there well. I've never ordered furniture on line, so I was very skeptical. This has been a good experience.

This couch was easy to put together. It came in 5 separate boxes and arrived weeks before it was estimated to be delivered. I gave it 48 hours for the cushions to finish fluffing up and it's really comfortable! You won't regret buying it.

The packages arrived way sooner than I thought, which was great! I got all 4 at the same time. The couch itself was packaged amazingly! I was worried about cutting into the couch when trying to get thru the tape but they thought of that too! It was very easy to assemble, up until I had to put all the pieces together to make it a couch, its been a pain! The couch itself is NOT comfy at all, its very, firm and all of the pillows and seats all velcro down (could be a good or a bad thing depending on what your using it for). I bought the 5 seater, the seat to the storage on the back end is just a velcro down flap so for storage its not a box so things can come out of the back end, if its stuffed full. The hardware seems cheap. And the back pillows are flat even after letting them air out and fluffing them. This is a somewhat decent couch but for the price it was not worth it. I will say that the fabric itself is nice, its not fluffy soft but it is easy to clean. I would not recommend getting this couch, and since its such a large piece and its already together I cant send it back. I have not contacted the seller yet. ... show more

This couch is soooooo AMAZING!!!! Took my husband and I about an hour and a half to put together. The color works, the fabric is comfortable and beautiful. It’s firm but in the most perfect way. I love it!!!!
