first, this is NOT your daddy's 400w scooter, crawling along the bike lane at 8 mph. in Dual Motor mode, this thing is turbocharged, it's super fast, and it kicks like a Texas longhorn steer. i am not joking or exaggerating. this thing is faster than most street-legal gas scooters. my husband went tearing around the neighborhood in Dual Motor-3 mode right after assembling it. not 10 minutes later, he came limping into the house dripping blood with a badly scuffed knee, elbow, right wrist, and shoulder. he was stopped at an intersection and was letting the car on the right go, he saw it was the neighbor, and he waved hello. his left hand still off the handlebars, he accelerated just a little bit, and boom - he went flying. he tried to grab on, and the bike zipped out from under him, and he faceplanted on the street. the issue is, this thing jerks forward SO hard and fast in Dual Motor mode. it leaps forward. for all intents and purposes, this thing is an electric motorcycle. if you don't hold on really tight and you aren't ready, you can easily go flying like my husband did. he's lucky he didn't end up in the ER. he's vowed to keep it in Dual Motor-1 from now on. it's plenty fast. it's your call, but parents may want to STRONGLY consider a slower scooter for their kids. you can take it from me, i took it for a spin around the neighborhood, and even in Dual Motor-1 mode you're probably getting up to about 30 mph. that is VERY fast for a little scooter with 12-inch tires. if you hit gravel or wet leaves going that speed, you could easily wipe out and seriously hurt yourself. and there's no governing switch to lock out Dual Motor mode, at least not that i can see. in Single Motor, it's much milder and tamer. Single Motor-3 still has a small jerk, but 1 and 2 are quite mild and gentle. it accelerates smoothly and the top speed is probably 15 mph, still pretty fast, but it takes about 20 seconds to get there. Eco Mode is very mild and gentle, like a kitten. it won't climb hills in Single Motor or Eco, at least not the hills around here. in Dual Motor it eats hills alive, just be VERY careful you don't take a steep incline, because you WILL go straight backward off the scooter and it'll land on top of you, and this thing weighs literally 100 pounds. always walk the scooter up steep hills, and be extremely careful flying downhill. safer just to walk it down steep hills too. GET A HELMET. i'm not joking. especially if you want to tear around in Dual Motor, you absolutely need to protect your skull. this thing is great, it's definitely more of a real vehicle and not a toy - and the sooner your get that into your mind, the safer you'll be. this thing is NOT a toy. it goes 10-15 mph faster than the Honda Ruckus at top speed, which is a gas engine that tops out at 30 mph, and that's a street legal vehicle. please don't play with this thing, treat it with care, as if it's a car or a motorcycle. if you want something slower and safer, get a 400-500 watt scooter. i have a 1200 watt scooter myself, it doesn't accelerate very fast but it tops out around 18-20 mph, which is plenty fast enough for me when i want to enjoy the nice weather and do some errands around the neighborhood. the tires, lights, brakes, the general construction, it's all super solid and very well made. there's not a cheap part on this bike, so you're getting what you pay for. my husband got about 40 miles of riding, switching between Single Motor-3 and Dual Motor-1, using Dual for flat, open areas and Single for areas with traffic. the scooter comes with two chargers, he got a dual-plug extension cord and plugged both chargers into that. just make sure your extension cord is rated Heavy Duty and can handle the amperage and wattage of both chargers. you don't want a fire on your hands, so DOUBLE CHECK. it's safest to get the most heavy-duty cord home depot or menard's has, or you can even bring one of the chargers and ask the employee which cord you should get. happy riding, there's no better way of enjoying a warm, beautiful autumn day....just seriously consider not screwing around with Dual Motor-2 and 3. it makes this scooter very unpredictable and "jumpy", almost "nervous", if you get what i mean. it's sort of like you don't have total control over it at all times, and that's a really freaky feeling.

Really awesome scooter, i had a nanrobot D6+ and i loved that scooter. It was a 2000w scooter but i could do a burn out right away. I thought that this scooter being way but way stronger it would be crazier but its has the same power. I expected a huge difference, but it's not. It's powerful but not as much as the nanrobot D6+, which is advertised as a weaker scooter than this. Other than that im pleased, ot doesn't create a burn out like the other scooter but u definitely feel the kick. Im satisfied overall, i also purchased a high end chain pewag 6ft that cost me additional 300 bucks and a high end lock Abloy 362 unpickable and resist cutting the best lock in the market. I spend another 140 bucks just on the lock. I also upgraded to a better seat. Its comfortable and its secure. I dont worry about normal people stealing your hard working accomplishment, i worry about the lazy and crazy people that steal stuff and get everything for free. Thats why invest with the high end security, won't save it from grinders but will have a hell difficult time getting it for free.

This is absolutely amazing scooter, in Sport 3 it wants to peel me off the handle bars from the torque and I’m 319lbs. After fully charging I’ve gone 15 miles on Speed 3 normal mode and a few miles in sport 3 and the battery is still full! Truly amazed by this scooter and it has brought my family together going on rides everyday my kids love it. Support is easy to contact and quick response. I recommend a steering damper if you plan on taking it over 35mph. Gets pretty shaky as expected for anything with the size of wheels. It folds down easy and nice. The screen is awesome! Fast and Fun!

Great Scooter. I have only had it a week but have truly enjoyed the ride. Plenty of power, feels very durable under my feet. As a large 300 pound man it has great acceleration and balance with plenty of stopping power. The lighting is bright and is very noticeable in low to no light settings. The battery life seems decent. I was able to ride for the week from my carpool drop off to the office. Rode about 20 miles and it only took half the battery life. The riding deck is wide and has plenty of foot space. the over all design of the Scooter is nice. I look forward to many more miles of fun.

Great ride! It's perfect for those steep hills all over Atlanta as well as the numerous speed bumps. I charge it up every night after work and it's ready to go in the AM, one charge will last a day full of rides all over town. It is super easy to park and store when I go places and a real crowd-pleaser. The light-up wheels help with visibility when the sun is going down and it makes me feel secure that other drivers can see me coming!

I'm very happy with this scooter. Only thing is that the tubeless tire is pretty hard to replace other than that no complaints so far. Has plenty of power to get you out of trouble and plenty to get you into trouble!
