STOP AND READ!!! This is the best customer service I have ever received, and probably the most fun thing I have ever bought. I wrecked on this bike less than 20 miles of riding it. The rear tire blew out in dramatic fashion. I lost traction QUICKLY and then took a digger the likes of which that I have never. I’d post pictures of my bruises, but it might get flagged as NSFW. Here is what happened. The bike will propel itself when you pedal. It will stop when you brake or quit pedaling. The terrain changed to gravel, and I slowed down. Started to pedal again, and when the rear motor kicked on the tire spun and then caught traction. All good? Nope. The rim sheared off the valve stem. Seconds later I’m a meat crayon. I ate the ground hard. The worst thing wasn’t the flat tire. I think I broke the YV2031 display with my face. These things happen. I can’t tally the amount of times I’ve had a flat tire on a bike. It’s odd for it to be so soon though, so I was a little disappointed. I contacted their support and asked how to order a replacement display and inner tube. I’m blaming myself. THEY AIRMAILED ME REPLACEMENTS!!! Seriously, best customer service ever. The bike is also the coolest thing I’ve ever bought. I can’t say enough good things. ... show more

The torque is amazing on this bike. I weigh about 230lbs and this bike effortlessly accelerates and climbs with ease. The bike has hit the ground in a awkward way before and sustained minimal damage. The battery even hit the ground (forgot to lock it in place on bumpy terrain) and it only has some cosmetic imperfections, but still fully functional.
