The bolt to adjust handlebar height (adjustable stem) was bent and wouldn't tighten up. I used the product support link for amazon and they wanted to send me a new bike to take the part off that I need and then ship the new bike back. That's unacceptable. I ended up putting the bolt in a vice to straighten it out so it would thread correctly. I thought the pedals were plastic and gonna be a problem but turns out they are very lightweight aluminum. Charged the battery and went for a short ride and everything seems to be working good. Last but not least...I ordered white but this bike is like a powder blue or something. I decided to bite the bullet on that. I haven't ridden it enough yet because of weather in the northeast to get too far into a review of the bike itself but it seems to be made good. PUJH support has been in contact with me about the issues and offered to replace the bolt and also a rebate for the color difference.

I have assembled the bike that was the wrong color. Instructions are ok. The bike has a top speed of 15mph only. The battery only lasts 22 miles mixed peddle assist. It does not match advertised information. Color, speed, battery longevity, ease of assembly.

Ordered white. It’s definitely blue. I don’t even know if they sent me the bike I actually ordered. The handlebars wriggle then the bolts with Allen heads stripped. It doesn’t last as long as it says battery wise. For $1400 I think I should have gotten what I ordered and the product should be higher quality. Even the assembly was a pain due to over tightened bolts. The instruction visuals also weren’t great.

Very nice bike, but it is very dangerous to ride at first. It takes a few trial rides to get used to.

Excellent bike and excellent customer service. They sent me a replacement part for the screen holder, took them less than three days to get the part to me. Whenever I call an actual human answers the phone. I love this bike. I’m 225 lbs and it takes me to 40mph on dual motor mode. Would recommend, but be very careful with it until you get used to it, stay in the lower speed modes.
