Heat output was perfect for an average sized living room and the fan has a high, low or off setting. The fan is not overly loud (I could watch a movie with it on high easily). I like the fireplace a lot. Just wish it put out more heat. Either the heater needs to get hotter? or the fan needs to be stronger to push it out. Otherwise, it’s beautiful!

The problem is that the flames stop moving randomly. They may or may not start back up when I turn it on and off. The blower is strong, I just thought it should blow out hotter heat. For the price and problems that is has I wouldn't buy it again. I bought a fireplace at lowes that is bigger, hotter and doesn't have problems for $30 less. ... show more
