I got this mostly to check out the quality as part of considering if a larger size might be suitable for covering a greenhouse come winter. This size (6'x8') is expensive, for what one gets; but the largest size (12' x 20') is not. IF larger sizes have the same quality of materials and construction it's hard to think they would not work for at least 1 winter season. Sadly, there is no mention in the description of any sort of of UV stabilization in the plastic, which leads me to believe that this may only last one winter... and that it might lose transparency as it degrades. [Vinyl does photo-degrade and sometimes goes 'milky' as part of the process.] IF this plastic is not UV stabilized then the largest size may not be such a good deal. AS others mention, it comes stuck together and is a little difficult to separate and lay out flat, but most of the fold-wrinkles smoothed out on their own after being spread out in the shade for only 1 warm (about 80 F.) degree day. This size (6'x8') is a good size for covering the bed of a pickup, top of a car, or 1-2 pieces of patio furniture. I think it would also work well suspended at an angle over a winter crop to deter water damage in our often-heavy winter rains. over all 4 stars, one subtracted for no mention of UV stabilization

This tarp seems to be good quality, I suppose only time will tell but I was impressed. It's thick and having the rope all the way around the edges gives me hope that the grommets will last. I got this because I like to keep one side of my porch protected from the rain so I can keep my bunny supplies near their enclosure. The space was covered by black plastic but it made the porch dark and I missed being able to see the driveway so I wanted something I could see through. This certainly meets that need. It's completely transparent, the only thing obstructing the view from my porch now is the wrinkles which I’m sure I could have taken care of with a heat gun if I wasn't trying to get this up before the rain started. I've attached a picture of the finished result but it turns out it's hard to get good pictures of something that's see through. It came with a length of rope as well, but I elected to use washers and screw the gromets directly to my porch frame.

This tarp is great quality, we are using it to winterize our chicken run and I think it will be able to last multiple seasons. It doesnt seem to damage easily in the sun and hasnt cracked or broken anywhere yet. The gussets make it easy to attach with zip ties and I love that I can see in and it allows sunlight in.
