Is it soft? Yes.. is the zipper hidden? Yes.. does it wash and dry good? No.. the pillowcases are matted to say the least and I dried them on a cool setting.. the duvet cover is still ok but for $50 for a twin duvet cover I was expecting better quality. I have a king duvet cover that is shaggy for my bed and it didn’t even do this after I washed it and I didn’t change the settings for that one. It’s also not very thick, I mean it’s got weight to it when it’s shrink wrapped but you can see where the duvet cover has several rows without any shag. This was one of my daughters birthday presents.. I can’t return it now that it’s been washed.. or I would. It was beautiful right out of the package.. ... show more
