This mat is very lightweight - but far more substantial than the common blue tarp. One side is fully waterproofed and shiny. This is probably one of the most useful and handy slabs of fabric you could ever want. Folded up or rolled up it fits nicely in the day bag of our kayaks to give us a great surface to have picnics on. Or, for a great ground cover to place under a tent or our sleeping bags. Sure, you could use it in the shed, but there are far, FAR more uses for this little piece of wonder mat.

It's a lightweight, simple mat. It works effectively as a floor covering. I wanted to try it for my studio, and it will work fine for some projects. The only con for me is that it arrives folded instead of rolled. I liked the shiny side just as much as the carpet inside, but the creases are going to be a pain to get out. It's not a problem if you don't care about the creases though.

I use this mat all around my shop and garage. It is a good large size while being easy to handle and move. If I'm going to be working in one place that is hard floor such as concrete and does not have a pad this does the job. It also works outdoors if you need to stay off the ground. It would also work well in a shed, as advertised.

Storage tents are great for getting things out of the garage and shed. However, a ground does get wet and storage tent may or may not come with flooring. This is an easy substitute. It works fine on grass and dirt. The material is strong and sturdy. I think it will hold up for a few winters. The 4 feet by 6 feet size is ideal for a 4 x 4 feet storage tent. The extra length can be cut out. Suggest keeping it for placing items on mat instead of ground. The mat offers good protection for the storage tent. Really it’s a no brainer to get this to protect investment. Makes good value for money in preserving the storage tent.

This product's appearance is very similar to what you see in the product page photo. I checked the size, and it matches the size provided in the description. It is pretty sturdy; I am not using it outside but instead to cover my garage floor, which looks horrible. My husband is our car mechanic so he works on all of our family cars. He kept using an old towel to lay on when working under the car. So I ordered this mat for him. He has used it a couple of times now and he does like it. He says it's easy to throw in place because of the rubber backing and he does not have to get extra dirty because he is not on the garage floor. He can easily clean it and roll it for storage. Is easier to roll it instead of folding which is the way it was packed which I think it shouldn't because it creases the rubber back making it easier to deteriorate. Overall good mat for the price and my use.

This mat is only a 6x4 so keep in mind of measurement. The top is felt material with a plastic-like sheen base on the bottom. The beauty about this rug is purely protection. It saves your floors from any damage, especially water. It does not seep or permeate through. Now, that's great protection. I wish they came larger because even a 6x4 didn't look big at all upon arrival. Solid buy and a must if you want your floor protected.

I'm using this as a liner for the inside of my shed for waterproofing. It makes the shed look more organized. My floor is a little rough looking and this gives the whole space a fresh and clean look. It's a good size and could be cut if you need to fit it around cupboards etc. I'm happy with this purchase and love that it's a bit insulating for my items.
