I bought two of these. They look great side by side and really help corral the shoe mess. They assemble in minutes and are reasonably sturdy. My daughter and I live in a townhouse with a small entryway and limited closet space. 2 of these literally solved the shoe problem. Highly recommend.

Instructions make assembly look easy, but when going to put pieces in they do not fit. Couldn’t get any of them to fit properly and one wouldn’t fit at all. Not worth it.

Looks pretty much like the picture and is easy to put together. Wavering between a 3 & 4 star, but it is functional and anything sturdier is likely to cost 50-100% more, so fairness came down as a 4-star. Would I buy this again? No. There comes a point where "shelf life" (pun intended) is going to outweigh price for economy. I doubt this thing is going to last more than a year. Does it do what it claims to do? Yes. It comes together relatively easily without tools, makes 6 shelves, can be put together with a second set to make an extended (and wobblier) column shelf, and holds shoes, albeit low boots lay sideways & tall boots don't fit. In a pinch, get it. In a "this pile of shoes is annoying, but fixing it isn't the top priority" moment, wait & get something under $50 but much sturdier. ... show more

The stand once put together is very sturdy and fits mine and my husband’s shoes. HOWEVER when putting the stand together you need to be very careful not to put too much pressure or the wood will start to split and crack.

The bamboos are very fragile. While installing there are cracks in the bamboo everywhere and it is not easy to install. The grooves don't align very well, needs a lot of strength and the plugs between brackets keep on moving while attaching the plus on the upper level
