    • Quick and powerful upgrade for XMAXX
I installed this and the Hot Racing link in my XMAXX, it steers so much faster and with much more power than it did with the wimpy stock servo. I did have an early failure due to moisture I think. The steering started twitching badly and then would turn itself hard to one side. Savox was very helpful, after mailing the servo to them, they did warranty it and return a new one to me. Used in Traxxas Xmaxx with GPM aluminum servo mount. No modification to servo or chassis was required, faster and more power. Also installed one in Traxxas sledge with good results.

As some other reviews indicate, I received an obviously used unit repacked in the OEM box. I can easily tell since I have 8 other identical servos still in boxes that were ordered directly from Savox. This is why I'm growing to really hate Amazon third-party vendors.
