Well, this design is both light and compact folded, we have a 12' ceiling and both wife and I love how easy it handles and how stable it is to work from. The finish it really nice and the ladder is tall but light to carry, better than the big box stored stocked. I give it five stars.

I researched light ladders for a very long time -- I do research mostly everything of importance. I have 2 ladders in my garage for heavy work but I needed something light for inside my home -- kitchen cupboards go to the ceiling. But I also needed something with an extension above the ladder so I could put a hand on it as I reached for what I needed. Remember when you reach be sure to keep your HIPS in side the frame of the ladder at all times. This ladder does what I need, it is light, helps me reach high places with care, can be put away in tight spots, and looks presentable if it has to be out for a while. You have Form & Function. It was wrapped reasonably well -- it was not damaged in transit. The reason I mention "reasonably well" is because some customers had damage on arrival. I think that depends on how far it had to travel. I am fairly close, maybe if it had to go a long distance I would pack it better.

I was looking for a very tall step ladder that opened and folded fairly easily, is slim when folded, isn’t too heavy, and could help me (5’) reach almost to the ceiling - which is quite high in several of the rooms in my home. There is no assembly so that part is great. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered had a giant dent in the top handle. The wrapping was missing in that exact spot and the box looked as if it had previously been opened (which made me think it had already been returned once for the same reason, but that’s just a guess on my part). To be honest, based on reviews, I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, but it was so smashed I returned it and requested a new one. The return process was amazing - it was picked up off of my porch for me which was fantastic because the box is quite large. The second ladder arrived and I unboxed it and it was in much better condition, however there are still some scratches and small dents. If you have read reviews you’ll see that is common. If you’re going to be using it fairly regularly, it will definitely get scratched and dented along the way. I went in knowing that it would probably have them on arrival, but also that since it dents and scratches so easily that I would cause some of my own damage (although this isn’t ideal, it is realistic). I decided it was in good enough shape and kept it. While I’m bummed knowing it will scratch and dent easily, I really enjoy it. Due to the scratching/dents I don’t think it would work well as a “display” ladder, but it’s excellent as an every day, extra tall step ladder. As long as you know when purchasing to pretty much expect at least some damage, you won’t be disappointed. It is still much prettier than any other step ladder of any size I’ve ever seen and overall I am very happy with my purchase!

I love this ladder but I wanted to mention that the ladder came with a huge dent on the top that almost had me questioning its integrity after being mishaped a little bit at a point where it’s supporting all of its weight (and mine). It’s a great ladder. I have used it and it seems to hold up well, and has non-slip grips on the bottom of the plastic shoes around each foot of the ladder. Great finish and color. Looks really nice, and almost like a decorative shelf tbh. Love the company finish and quality.

This stepping Stool states that it hold up to 330 pounds. This stepping stool is very damagers. I was on the stepping stool and I weight 130. The stepping stool folded in half on me and I fell back wards and fell on the floor, I do not recommend to anyone..
