    • Nice for keeping those cords organized
So, I have two thoughts on this product. I have three appliances that I keep out but not plugged in. My kitchen aid mixer sits on my counter because it is too heavy to keep moving around. I usually wrap the cord around the base and it is no problem. This product is nice because it came with 3 different colors so I could match it to my appliance. That said, it is faster (for me) to just wrap the cord around the machine itself than use this cord keeper. Now, on my other two appliances, my Ninja Foodi and my Ninja Creami, I store them on the bottom shelf of a baker's rack in my kitchen and the cords having nothing to really wrap around. The cords just look sloppy hanging from the shelf. These cord keepers help a LOT to keep it looking neat. These cord keepers attach super easily and seem quite large until you start putting the cord around it. They are rubbery so they can hold the cord but it isn't a super fast wrap like doing your vacuum cord. The part in the very center that you attach the plug to I'm not thrilled with. I "think" it is supposed to sort of snap in but I find it easier just to thread the round peg of the plug through it. I'm not really into spending more than a few seconds wrapping things up. That's just me. But I do recommend these if you have a mess of cords to deal with. ... show more

These are a really good size for different cords. Used on different mixers and a toaster and they fit all cords nicely. Adhesion was good but do recommend when pressing to press one end then the middle then the other end, so a bubble does not occur in the middle. They stayed put even after wrapping the cord. They were a bit finicky getting the end of the cord into the center cord holder but worked well after a bit of adjustment in tension. ... show more

    • Stick extremely well.
Better than I expected. We have a few items that have short cords that we used to let dangle, but sometimes they would tangle with each other or get caught under stuff while moving the item. (Long cords have always had cord minders on them, but the shorter ones hardly ever did). Now we can have all cords wrapped up tight. The instructions say to allow 24 hours after application before using the cord-minder. Believe it. I had one that I had to move, so I took it off a few minutes after putting it on. It came off easily, and I thought I'd be disappointed in the adhesive quality, but after I unstuck it, I moved it and stuck it back on. After 24 hours, I wrapped up the cord on it, and it stayed, and I don't think I'd be able to get it off without scraping it off. So I believe the "24-hour" thing is a "feature" to allow you to move it while it's fresh, but have a good adhesive connection once it's been there long enough to cure. Also, for longer cords and/or larger items, you could place two cord-minders set apart from each other and loop the cord between the two, giving you larger loops and less bulk on the individual cord-minders.
