I have been using this paper for 4 years and it works great for me. I am not a professional artist and find that the expensive paper just cost to much. This paper is great for learning and experimenting with watercolors. I actually use both sides to paint on just to save money and paper.

This bulk package was a great deal! I purchased for $46, bringing each pad to approximately $7.66 each. I've compared the price sale prices at the local craft/art store and it's a much better deal. You can always cut paper for smaller projects. I've used this brand before and prefer the texture over other brands. It's great for detail work using both watercolor and inktense pencils. The texture is also smooth enough to use ink pens to add additional detail, other brands are too rough and tend to disrupt the fluidity of your line work. ... show more

Canson has always been my favorite art paper for watercolor and sketching and ink drawings. Purchased 6 pack since many art products have limited availability lately. Recommend buy quality art paper your creations deserve it.

I only use Canson for practice so I knew the quality was not up to par, but for my needs, this was a great purchase. The paper itself is not as good as other brands, but great for daily practice.
