This was thicker and sturdier than I thought it would be. Not like my more expensive acrylic paper, but good enough that I like it. Great steal for two. Bought it for my mom for her birthday as she loves drawing just as much as I do, and decided to get the two pack as I knew I'd want one for myself. We're a family of drawers! I'm sure she'll be happy with it when I give it to her on her big day. Great so far for sketching with pencil/ graphite, ink, charcoal, and color pencil drawing. Haven't tried any wet medias yet.

I have been searching for some time now for a sturdy and vibrant paper. The tooth is great for ink pencil and pastel. I'm thrilled to have large amount 100 pages really was good deal and I will be buying more of these in the future. I do have a suggestion the paper is a bit tough to pull on when taking it off the ring I would recommend perforating the holes so they come off easier. I leave a small wrinkle when I tear it off the binding. Otherwise the best of a lot of sketch pads.

I love this, heavy duty, thick paper. It's not the type of paper that once you erase a few times in the same spot, it starts tearing. My daughter and I are big into drawing and often spend our down time drawing with charcoal or pencils. Both of us are into black and white and this paper works great when your blending, and shading. My 14 year old has drawn through at least 12 of these books and the binding is sturdy and holds up to all the wear and tear. These are the only drawing books I will buy!

I don't know if I'll ever buy this brand again because the pages are a little too transparent. There are also a couple of things that annoy me about it that are so minor that I don't even want to mention them. Despite the negatives, I'm shocked how well this sketchbook is holding up. I haven't had it very long, so I'll update if it falls apart at some point, but so far so good. I just drew something with colored pencils yesterday and it worked perfectly. Even with several layers and pressing hard on the pencils, it didn't lift any of the paper or punch through or anything like that. I also use pastels on this even though that's not what it's for and so far, they've worked pretty well. Obviously it's not ideal, but it works if you're not taking it too seriously.

I love these sketch books. Each book feels heavy but each page is quite light. I use these books for woodworking plans (I am a little old-school even though I know there are some great programs out there) and it definitely holds up well with all the use. I love that each page is perforated, allowing me to remove them if I so choose instead of destroying the entire book to get one page out. TLDR; used for woodworking plans, holds up to abus.

I'm extremely happy so far with these Arteza sketch pads, the pages a nice thickness for sketching with pencils, pastels, charcoals and dry media. When you use a thin layer of glue, you can later 2 pages together to make a nice solid canvas for multimedia art journaling, you can paint with acrylics, watercolor, use glue and ink as well. The pages are a great size for larger projects. Love love love them, I'll be reordering as soon as these start running low!
