I watched the video on how to put this together which made things much easier. A little patience and well worth it for the price. I used the recommended bulbs E26 medium which worked perfectly and gives it a nice sophisticated look. I added a dimmer switch as well. Packaged very well with no damage to the item or bulbs. It isn't "easy" to install because it's a light fixture, not because it is especially difficult - same with assembly. The nice thing is that you can adjust how far from the ceiling you want it.

This is a really pretty ceiling fixture and such an excellent price for the size and quality. The smoked, dimpled globes give it a unique look compared to most of the other sputnik fixtures. they are VERY delicate though. When screwing on the piece that holds the globes, don't tighten too much or the glass will crack and I don't know how easy it is to get a replacement. Luckily we were able to turn the cracked side up, so you can't see it. For the bulbs, we used the Dimmable g16.5 led Bulb 40W g16 1/2 led Edison Bulb 2700K 4W e26 led Globe Bulb (also Amazon), which is the exact one another purchaser of this light fixture used. ... show more

I was able to put this together by myself and then have my husband help install. If we can do it, you can too! It's beautiful and added the perfect vibe to our tiny dining room. There were a couple pieces that I couldn't figure out what to do with and some that I just didn't need (like the extender bit), and 4 months later our beautiful fixture is still working just fine! ... show more

Beautiful looking, but a pain to set up. We hired an electrician to do the job and he took about an hour to get it fully set up. Also needs specific bulbs that fit in the globes. We paired it with a dimmer switch so we can adjust the intensity.
