Shipping was fast, and the rug was beautiful and surprisingly soft. I actually bought this for my dining room, but I didn't measure it properly, and it was too big for the room, so we put it in our bedroom. I gave it a four star because it is hard to vacuum....it's very thin, so it sucks up in the vacuum, no matter what height you have the vacuum set at. I figured the best way was to sweep it with a broom and then vacuum my carpet. Overall, it's very soft for our bedroom, and it compliments the room. I LOVE this rug. It's very thin (as was stated in the description, if I’m not mistaken) but you can put a pad under it if you like. I chose not to. It's soft! Looks beautiful in my 1852 home.
