Just unboxed these earbuds yesterday, and was in a hurry to set them up, because I realized I hadn't done it yet, and had a meeting coming up within about 15 minutes. I hurriedly unboxed them, scanned the instructions, popped them in my ears and pressed the button on the right earbud. My laptop immediately picked them up via Bluetooth, and within about 20 seconds, I heard "Pairing" and then "Connected" about 2 seconds later. So fast & easy to set up! I use my earbuds to attend virtual meetings, listen to music while working and also while walking, so they do get quite a bit of use. I also have very small ears, which makes fitting earbuds a challenge - they either fall out because they're too big, or cause me so much pain that I can't stand to wear them. It's hard to find a good fit, and whenever I do, the earbuds I love disappear off of Amazon before I can order another pair. Very frustrating. These fit amazingly well, right out of the box! I usually have to switch out the standard covers for one of the smaller sized ones that are always included, but this time, they settled right into my ears comfortably, and I went into an hour-long meeting with no pain at all. I love the unique way these earbuds sit in my ears - more vertical than horizontal - and was pleasantly surprised to find that even in that position, the mic is sensitive enough to pick up my voice with no problems at all. The super-flexible ear hooks are amazingly comfortable - that has been one of the drawbacks of other earbuds. Hard plastic ear hooks press into the back of your ear - or worse, put pressure on your skull behind your ear - causing serious pain. Not these - the ear hooks are soft and flexible, but stay in place just fine. Not sure if they would work for someone doing serious running or a workout where they are jumping around a lot, but for my use, they work great. UPDATE: After a couple months of use, these earbuds are still going strong. The only drawback I see is that the battery life drains relatively quickly - after a couple hour-long meetings (back to back), they are at about 60-70%, so the battery life isn't great, but for intermittent use, they're fine. I never wear them all day anyway, so that's not a problem for me. I use them just about every day, for about an hour or two at a time, and I've had no problems - they pair & connect immediately every time, with no action required on my part (after the initial setup) - and I'm going to start walking soon, so I'll be using them for that too. FURTHER UPDATE, 1.5 YEARS LATER: Well, I guess for what I paid for them, these have lived their life. Just today, they started acting up. I thought the charging cord had gone bad, so I plugged in a different one, and they charged just fine. But the next time I used them, they gave the "low battery" warning after using them for about 3 hours, but when I put them into the charging case, it read 74% battery, so something isn't quite right. I charged to 100% and then I used them again, and they gave the low battery warning after just an hour, so I put them back into the charging case, but it read 84% battery. It normally doesn't give that warning until the battery is at about 30%. I guess they're on their way out.
