Extremely durable electric bike, very satisfied with this brand. I've crashed twice accidentally and still the bike has no defects; just had to fix the motor from being pushed in from a great fall. Only down side is the pedals need to be tightened like no tomorrow and the handlebars are impossible to lift up when they get pushed down from bumpy rides.     • Good at first but impossible to find a place to fix it or even customer support.

It is a good bike at first but when it gets damaged, it is impossible to get customer support or a cheap bike repair shop that repairs the type of ebike.

My girlfriend has been wanting a bike lately, so I got her one as an anniversary present. She loves it! It looks great, is easy to use, and has good battery life. We both love this bike because it’s sturdy and has a headlight. She can ride it on roads and even on some light trails. The bike was pretty easy to assemble and super easy to get on.
