This is a great starter e-bike. Before purchasing, I was looking at others in the $1,000–$1,500 range, but I didn’t want to spend that much without trying one first as I was unsure how much I would ride it. The bike arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble—it took me about 30 minutes before I was riding it. The front wheel arrived bent, so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement wheel and a free pair of fenders for my inconvenience which was a pleasant surprise. I had to take it to a bike shop to switch the tire, which cost me $15 and 5th Wheel reimbursed me. The company kept checking in to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the bike. This bike is so fun & easy to ride. It has 3 levels of pedal assistance but I never take it off level one because it’s so fast & easy to pedal. Overall, the bike has exceeded my expectations, and I’m very glad I chose this one over the more expensive options. ... show more

This is a great electric bike. It took me about 1 hour to assemble which is pretty strightforward. Once assembled, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of its components and the finished look. The power of the motor and battery are pretty good. Since my purchase, I have ridden about 15~20 miles every day with the electric motor assist as needed. I charge once every 3~4 days just to make sure I will not run out of battery. The disc brakes are solid and confidence inspiring on downhill roads. Oh, the customer service was excellent too! There was a small tear on the saddle but the seller quickly sent me a replacement. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend this bike and the seller. ... show more

Bike is amazing and perfect for my exercise needs. Nice and quiet and gets up to speed when need to. Could ask for a better bike. Battery life is very good used it for two weeks and haven’t had to charge it yet!

The bike came well packaged. The assembly instructions are poor. Luckily, I am extremely mechanically inclined. Assembly for me was 45 to 60 minutes. Seat is a bit uncomfortably so I will upgrade. Shifts gears well. Rides nice. Love the throttle & peddle assist when I get tired or when I pulling the grandson in a kid trailer. yes, I made a bracket to pull a kid trailer. Battery lasts long. Have 10 miles on it now and the peddle assist is pulsating. Extremely annoying. The throttle is smooth so its probably the controller or cadence sensor. Cant locate the sensor to clean & adjust it. Wish they sent a more detailed manual. I wish I bought a ebike with a torque sensor. You get what you pay for. For $599 it does the job. Fours stars for the price. 2.5 stars when compared to a $1200 ebike. ... show more

This was 2nd purchase from 5th wheel First purchase the gear came malfunction and hits the wheel and caused my son to flip couple times u til I found the issue called them and yet they done nothing about it I simply asked either exchange it refund or fix it none of the above is been done they keep going round and round but not solving the issue I don’t recommend working with them they just here to sell you bikes and after that your problem both bikes we have are less then 99 days 2nd one is 2 weeks old I was forced to leave this 1 star and this review because they responds and they way the deal with customers is below 1 star ... show more

The great little bike had a great price! I purchased as a second bike for my house guests and it has been working great. I love the twist throttle, all the gears and it even comes with a headlight and a horn! Also exceptional prompt customer service! My bike upon delivery had arrived with a broken headlight to no fault of the fifth wheel company, I'm sure it must have happened in transit. But I reached out to them on their website and they very quickly and efficiently sent me a easy to plug in replacement and even followed up after the fact to ask me how everything was working.
