This company has amazing customer service. I had a small issue with the fabric of the chair, and they immediately shipped me another one and followed up after arrival to make sure all was well. Just for this alone they deserve 5 stars As for the chair: I have one at home already just like it but the kids kept stealing my favorite spot in the house, so I decided to order a 2nd one! It’s amazingly soft, comfortable and has been holding up very well. The chair isn’t super soft where you will sink into it - it’s firm yet so comfortable. Perfect for me, but if you’re expecting a super soft squishy chair, this isn’t that. We all still fight over who gets to sit in their own chair & if I had room for another, i seriously would get one. I’m 5 3 and can lay all the way down diagonally and my feet don’t hang off. It’s super roomy so if you have to share, two adults fit very comfortably still. It is heavy getting it inside so I recommend two people moving it & be VERY careful cutting open the vacuum sealed bag so that you don’t cut the actual chair. Once it’s opened it literally fluffs right up. It expanded about 95% instantly and the other 5% over the next few hours. I’m a very happy and comfy customer now. I literally never want to leave this chair. I will say the ONLY thing I didn’t like was the pillows that came with it. The covers & fabric are amazingly soft but they’re so filled with microfiber they’re hard as a rock! They’re zippered though so I ended up removing the filling they came with and added a soft cotton fill and now they’re perfect. It was a very easy fix so I can’t complain. We absolutely love this chaise lounge, and so does our daughter—it fits perfectly under her lofted bed and instantly became her favorite spot. The chair is super heavy and feels very solid, and it’s incredibly soft, fluffy, and comfortable. The faux fur is cozy without feeling cheap, and the included pillows are actually really nice and supportive. It’s not quite big enough for an adult to sleep on comfortably, but fine for sitting and lounging for an adult. It works great for kids during sleepovers or for lounging, reading, or watching movies. One thing to note, and mentioned in other reviews is that the fabric is a bit "slippery"—but that hasn’t been a big issue for us. Bonus: our dog loves it just as much as the kids, which says a lot. Overall, it’s a great addition to a kid’s bedroom or cozy living space, and we’d definitely buy it again. ... show more

This was a xmas present to myself. I wanted a lounge corner of my own. This is perfect! The hardest part is dragging the box from front porch into my living room but after that once unpacked I let it expand and do its thing. The instructions say allow 72 hrs for it to fully fill out but by 24 hrs mine was set. Its pretty heavy and very sturdy iys hard but still comfortable. Its huge too! Def can fit 2 adults or you and 2 dogs :). This is well worth the price! I chose the Grey just because I have dogs but the lighter colors are gorgeous. Definitely reccomend this for any place in your home. ... show more

I can’t express how excited I was to purchase this especially with all the great reviews. I decided to take a chance even with the high shipping and handing fees. Best part is it came early and assembly was super easy but it is heavy. It has the right amount of firmness and is very much worth the money BUT just know that the couch will shed!! The fur gets over all my clothes and anything it comes in contact with! My husband hates the couch because of this issue but is such a cute addition to any room. ... show more

I was hesitant to get this color but so glad I did! It looks and feels amazing - very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend and for the price the quality seems right. I’m 5”3 so the length is just fine for me but if you’re a tall person your feet might hang. Arrived earlier than expected :)

Great product for the price! Plenty large enough to fit 2 adults. Super soft and fuzzy. TOO soft and fuzzy, its difficult to actually sit up on it due to slipping. But it is really comfortable. It's perfect to lie down on, just not great to sit
